Hidden Gems: Meet Nicole Longo of NEAT Method Los Angeles South Bay

Today we’d like to introduce you to Nicole Longo.

Nicole, we appreciate you taking the time to share your story with us today. Where does your story begin?
Before becoming a small business owner, I spent 15 years as an entertainment marketing executive. During the pandemic, I discovered a passion for home organizing that ultimately led me to make a career pivot—one that quickly became a true sense of purpose.

I found NEAT Method, the largest luxury home organizing company in the U.S., and purchased the Manhattan Beach franchise. Within my first year as an owner, I expanded into the entire South Bay, growing the business far beyond its original footprint.

Looking back, it was an immediate realization that this work sits at the intersection of everything I love: visual design, strategic systems, and the deeply human experience of helping people feel calmer, more functional, and at peace in their homes. It has been, without question, the most fulfilling decision of my professional career.

Thanks – so what else should our readers know about NEAT Method Los Angeles South Bay?
NEAT Method offers white-glove home organizing services in the South Bay and greater Los Angeles area. Whether it’s a single space or a full-home unpack, we manage every detail from consultation to final reveal—and can seamlessly support clients as they relocate by coordinating with NEAT teams nationwide.

What sets us apart is both our process and our aesthetic. We handle everything—editing, donating, product sourcing, and installation—so our clients never have to lift a finger. We also design our own line of organizing products, resulting in spaces that feel curated and elevated, not just functional.

While we’re incredibly proud to have been named Best Home Organizer by HomeTown News for three consecutive years and to be featured on HGTV’s Property Brothers: Under Pressure, the moment that matters most is always the same: when a client walks into their home and feels an immediate sense of calm.

If we knew you growing up, how would we have described you?
I was organized before I even knew that was a personality trait. Growing up in a military family, we moved often, and I loved the process of setting up a new space and making it feel like home.

I’ve always been drawn to the intersection of aesthetics and function—I was the kid rearranging rooms, color-coding everything, and noticing when a space felt “off.”

I’ve always been attuned to people, which allows me to walk into even the most chaotic environments and bring a sense of calm.
