Hi Diamond , we’re thrilled to have a chance to learn your story today. So, before we get into specifics, maybe you can briefly walk us through how you got to where you are today?
Diamond Flowerss Music is a New York City–based artist and producer whose sound blends pop, EDM, and reggae into a style that is both vibrant and deeply personal. Raised by a single mother after the loss of her father, Diamond’s journey into music began during one of the most defining moments of her life. Diamond doesn’t just make songs, she tells survival stories wrapped into melodies.

As a child, her father would sing lullabies to her whenever she cried or experienced pain, using music as a way to comfort and soothe her. After his passing, those memories became a lasting imprint on her heart. What began as imitation soon turned into instinct. Diamond found herself singing to soothe her own pain, discovering not only her passion for music but also her natural talent for it.

Just months later, tragedy struck again when her home burned down, leading to years of housing instability and a childhood shaped by resilience.Forced to grow up early, Diamond stepped into a leadership role within her family, supporting her mother & brothers with disabilities while navigating her own healing.

At the same time, she found inspiration in her eldest brother, a visually impaired musical prodigy whose talent and passion pushed her to further explore her own creativity. Together, those experiences transformed music from an escape into a calling and then as a way to reclaim her voice.
Today, Diamond Flowerss Music creates with intention.

Her artistry is rooted in faith, honesty, and resilience,turning life’s hardships into anthems of strength. Her mission is bigger than music. She creates to heal, uplift, and to remind every listener that even in their darkest moments, they are not alone,they are seen, valued, and have purpose in this journey of life.

Alright, so let’s dig a little deeper into the story – has it been an easy path overall and if not, what were the challenges you’ve had to overcome?
It hasn’t been smooth road. I’ve had to postpone some music projects to later release dates due to music budgets, or changing the producers i’m working with .

Diamond Flowerss Music is a New York City–based artist and producer blending pop, EDM, and reggae into a sound that is both dynamic and deeply personal. Her artistry is rooted in faith, resilence, honesty, and emotional depth, turning life’s hardships into anthems of strength. My musical style , personal story and cultural heritage is what seperates me from others. I am most proud of my single ‘like i see you’ where i wrote an empowerment and meditative song about someone not feeling the same way you feel about them and letting them go. This song can be applied to anything in your life that doesn’t serve you, let it go.

In terms of your work and the industry, what are some of the changes you are expecting to see over the next five to ten years?
Over the next few years, I plan to continue touring my music both locally and internationally, and then transition to Broadway and acting after my touring concludes.
