Today we’d like to introduce you to Meredith Schlosser.

Hi Meredith , so excited to have you with us today. What can you tell us about your story?
I moved to LA the end of 2011 and got licensed in Feb 2012. I moved from NYC and only knew two people when I moved out here. I started in the business door knocking for 5-7 hours a day and faced a tremendous amount of rejection. I had one person give me a chance and it was a listing in Beverlywood. From there the rest is history. I’ve closed $1B in sales in 14 years. My persistence, tenacity, creativity, follow through, and negotiation skills are what sets me apart from the rest! My business is focused on relationships, NOT the commission!

I’m sure it wasn’t obstacle-free, but would you say the journey has been fairly smooth so far?
It has definitely NOT been a smooth road. I didn’t know my way around LA when I moved here and Waze didn’t exist! I was door knocking, going to networking events, and working every single day for years. I didn’t take any vacations for the first few years I was in the business. I worked every Sunday when no one else wanted to. I needed to meet people to build my clientele and that was the best way to form connections. I didn’t know the city but I knew how to connect with people. I was competing for new business in the toughest market (Beverly Hills). I slowly but surely met a few clients who I connected with (shout out to my East Coasters) and they gave me a chance. I had an incredible mentor that showed me the ropes. I fell flat on my face a lot of times but I learned from it and only got better. My third year in the business I closed $40M in sales. To this day my team has done over $1 Billion. I never take any of it for granted, and am so grateful for each and every opportunity!! We handle all price ranges and treat everyone the same. I I don’t have an Ego and I never will. I will never forget how hard it was to get started and I always bring myself back to those times!!!

Alright, so let’s switch gears a bit and talk business. What should we know?
I have a Residential Real Estate team named the Meredith Schlosser team. My team is held under the Berkshire Hathaway HomeServices California umbrella. My team was ranked the Top 25 out of 45,000 agents Globally in 2025. I pride myself on relationships. We help people of all price ranges buy, sell, and lease. I am very focused on always negotiating as much as I can for my clients in all aspects of the deal: selling price, inspections, closing costs, etc. I always go above and beyond for every deal. Most clients will tell you that they feel like they are my only client and that’s the kind of attention they deserve! We service the Westside, Southbay, and Valley. We literally will go wherever our clients want us to go, especially if it’s a referral! My business is primarily based on repeat business and referrals and I’m so beyond grateful!!

What matters most to you?
I want people to know that I always have their best interest in mind and I’m focused on the relationships! I believe that everyone needs to be treated the same no matter their budget and when the deal is done they will ALWAYS remember how I made them feel. I want them to feel excited when working with me and never, EVER feel like they are being pressured or being put in an uncomfortable position! Buying, selling, or leasing a house is one of the most important things someone will ever do in their lifetime and it has to be a good experience for them. I’m a perfectionist and nothing slips through the cracks with me!
