Today we’d like to introduce you to Sera Heywood-Rakhimova.

Alright, so thank you so much for sharing your story and insight with our readers. To kick things off, can you tell us a bit about how you got started?
I never anticipated being where I am today. As I Montréal-born, Russian-trained actress in Uzbekistan, with an 8-year timeline in NYC, having landed “home” in LA (yes, LA is the first place that feels like home since I left Tashkent!), I am somewhat in awe of how my Artist Life is unfolding & evolving.

Never did I think that decades of insomnia, anxiety, OCD, eczema & a swarm of limiting emotional & thought patterns would lead me to discovering & becoming certified in the multidimensional powers of Emotional Freedom Techniques (EFT or “Tapping”) which catalyzed & accelerated my own personal healing, transformation & career-expansion, but also ignited the path for fellow Creative Baddies like me to awaken their sacred power & potential from the inside → out! Nor that I would start an ensemble-based company – Actor to Artist – that beckons & inspires Creative Rebels around the globe to step into the Highest Versions of themselves daily.

With other certifications in Breathwork & Reiki (+ soon to be Channeling & Quantum Healing), alongside my acting & writerly pursuits (I have a 10-year memoir-in-the-making coming out soon! Exploring my time living in Uzbekistan, studying the most prestigious art on the planet at the Ilkhom Theatre School of Drama Studio 7 WHILE falling in love with my Uzbek classmate beyond the faculties of language), I am teaching, guiding & facilitating actors, creatives, healers, writers, entrepreneurs & visionaries all over the world so they too can step into their most Expansive Artistic Timeline.

We all face challenges, but looking back would you describe it as a relatively smooth road?
At times, it has felt like my path has been only obstacles :). But I also know that is part of the divine plan, as if the cosmos have been chiseling me into the brightest, most resourced, most balanced, most brave, most true, most liberated, most creative, most resilient, most abundant, most joyful & creative version of myself.

I’ve come to understand that I’ve been walking through the fire these past 10-12 years so that I can now guide others to do the same. I like to call it: Artistic Alchemy!

Alright, so let’s switch gears a bit and talk business. What should we know about your work?
As an actress, my journey has been anything but ordinary & it really feels like it’s just beginning. And as facilitator of creative consciousness, journey with me…

I would say one of the defining traits of the last few years, as an artist, healer & space-holder is my voyage into creating beyond the binds & barriers of the physical dimension. What I mean by this is: so much in my 3-D physical reality was working ‘against me.’ I’m not a nepo-baby, I don’t come from generational wealth, I didn’t go to school in the States so I don’t have any traditional school or industry connections, which has made my path all the more challenging. But also, the opportunities all the more activating!

I remember just having finished my EFT certification, soooo ready to share this work with the world, book big roles, star on big stages, but nothing was moving in my life. Literally nothing. It seemed like everyone else around me was traveling the world, booking big projects, having fun weekends. And I was broke, sick & deeply confused. But thankfully my awareness at the time was astute: the Universe was asking me to go within, to go deeper. As uncomfortable as it was, I heeded the call.

I discovered the dynamic practice of creating through the Quantum Field via the works of Dr. Joe Dispenza & other visionaries. BTW Dr. Joe is a HUGE advocate of Tapping as it’s science-backed, evidence-based technique & totally life-changing!

Daily I began to voyage into the “Field of Infinite Possibilities” via meditation (before Tapping I COULD NOT MEDITATE! Like, I literally could not sit still, calm my thoughts or feel safe in my body. Tapping *truly* saved my life & gave me a total personal & professional REBIRTH), and I began to tune into the timeline, the desired outcome, the “Future Memory” I wanted to experience and flooded my mind, body & nervous system with the sensory experience of having it NOW. Think of having a very visceral memory of the past that evokes strong emotions & thoughts; well, I was doing this, just reverse engineering it to my “Future Memory!” Therefore, saturating my system with the feeling of ‘already having it’ & attracting it to me from a space of wholeness.

And my goodness, did I create some pretty profound experiences, mostly by accident at the beginning lol! From booking EFT workshops guiding hundreds of actors to lasting change to my breakout LA star stage role (that featured all of my gifts, which was a key quality I signaled to the Quantum!) & getting my AEA card, to measurable changes in a very serious health condition, to receiving money out of the blue & big biz opportunities… so many things! And used in tandem with Tapping, my results continued to quantify & accelerate. I began to hone a new skill, step into new realms of possibility, all from the power of aligning my coherent thoughts, radiant heart, & energetic signature that I’d broadcast into the Quantum Field like a wifi signal (& therefore draw the desired outcome to me).

This is a practice I’ve been honing for over 3+ years now. Everyday I meditate & Tap, & everyday I co-create more miracles! And now, I teach my clients & community how to do the same.
