Today we’d like to introduce you to Naz Amiri And Mariam Helmand.
Hi Naz Amiri and Mariam Helmand, can you start by introducing yourself? We’d love to learn more about how you got to where you are today?
Bella Reve began the way many of our ventures do, with a conversation between sisters.
Mariam and I have been building businesses together since 2015. We’ve launched and scaled companies in wholesale, jewelry, nail salons, and lighting and home décor. We love the pursuit, building something from the ground up, finding the right team, shaping the ethos, and creating businesses that serve both a community and a larger purpose. That creative and strategic process is what energizes us.
As entrepreneurs, we were exploring what our next venture could be, something that was both lucrative and deeply meaningful. Around that same time, we were personally prioritizing our health more intentionally. We had both been getting lymphatic treatments for years, initially because of something very simple: cellulite. After just one treatment, we were hooked. The visible difference was enough to bring us back, but what actually kept us coming back was how we felt.
One day, we were planning a sister spa day and joking about how nice it would be to own the massage place ourselves. That joke turned into a four-hour conversation. We started discussing something we had both noticed but never talked about: the pattern after lymphatic treatments. We would feel slightly tired the next day, and then around day three, there would be this noticeable surge of energy and clarity.
That curiosity led to research.
We discovered that the temporary fatigue was often tied to hydration, the body pushing out stagnant fluid before fully replenishing. That gap between detoxification and rehydration created a lag. It was fascinating to us. That realization is what later inspired us to integrate IV therapy into our model, allowing clients to rehydrate and replenish nutrients immediately, accelerating recovery and enhancing results.
The more we researched, the more we realized how under-discussed the lymphatic system is, especially for women. Most of the women we spoke to only associated lymphatic drainage with body contouring before an event. Very few understood its role in immunity, inflammation, hormonal balance, or overall vitality.
Before opening Bella Reve, we rented a room inside a larger salon for a year. Our goal wasn’t just revenue, it was listening. We spoke to women coming in for hair, nails, and skincare. We asked them what they knew about their lymphatic system. We asked what they struggled with. We asked how they felt in their bodies as they aged. Those conversations shaped everything.
We realized women are often left out of deeper health conversations. We are given generalized protocols, rarely educated on how our systems uniquely function. Bella Reve was built to change that, not in opposition to men, but in support of women taking up equal space in their health journey.
In January 2026, we opened our flagship location in Tarzana.
Today, Bella Reve is more than a spa. It’s an educational wellness space built on personalization. We use research-backed technologies, from Icoone and Ballancer Pro to IV therapies, NAD+, peptides, microneedling, and regenerative treatments, but the technology is secondary to the philosophy. Every treatment is tailored. There are no cookie-cutter programs.
Bella Reve is an extension of our sisterhood. It’s our way of extending the same care, education, and intentionality we offer each other to our community. We’re building something bigger than a spa, we’re building a space where women feel seen, informed, and empowered in their bodies.
I’m sure it wasn’t obstacle-free, but would you say the journey has been fairly smooth so far?
It definitely hasn’t been a smooth road, and in some ways, that surprised us.
We’ve built businesses before, so we understood operations, hiring, scaling, and financial discipline. But Bella Reve was different. This one was personal. It wasn’t just about product or distribution, it was about people’s health. That carries a different weight.
One of the hardest parts was realizing how much education was needed. Many women walked in thinking lymphatic drainage was simply for body contouring before an event. When we began talking about inflammation, hydration, immunity, and how the lymphatic system interacts with hormones and stress, we saw how little space women had been given to truly understand their bodies. That was eye-opening, and honestly, emotional at times.
There were moments of doubt, too. Opening inside a single rented room for the first year was humbling. We weren’t sure if the broader vision would translate. We had big ideas about combining lymphatic therapy with IV hydration, NAD+, regenerative treatments, and personalized protocols, but we had to earn trust slowly. We spent hours just listening to women talk about how they felt in their bodies as they aged. Many felt dismissed elsewhere. That reinforced why we were doing this, but it also made the responsibility feel heavy.
Another struggle was internal. We wanted everything to be perfect. The space, the team, the education, the client experience. Letting go of control and allowing the business to evolve organically has been a lesson in patience.
And there were moments of vulnerability as women founders entering a medically-adjacent space. Wellness can sometimes be dismissed as “soft,” even when it’s rooted in science. We had to stand confidently in our research, our intentions, and our belief that women deserve precision and personalization in their care.
But every struggle clarified our mission.
The road hasn’t been smooth, but it’s been meaningful. And every challenge has strengthened Bella Reve, our bond as sisters, and our commitment to building something that truly serves our community.
Alright, so let’s switch gears a bit and talk business. What should we know?
Bella Reve is a science-backed wellness studio rooted in lymphatic health, regenerative therapies, and personalized care.
At its core, we specialize in optimizing the body’s internal systems, particularly the lymphatic system, and supporting how it interacts with hydration, inflammation, hormones, stress, and recovery. While many spas focus on surface-level aesthetics alone, our approach begins internally. We believe beauty, energy, and longevity are the byproducts of a well-supported system.
We are known for personalization. There are no cookie-cutter protocols at Bella Reve. Every client is assessed individually, and we build customized programs that may include advanced lymphatic technologies like Icoone and Ballancer Pro, Hydrafacial, IV hydration therapy, NAD+, peptides, regenerative skin treatments such as microneedling and PRP, infrared therapies, muscle stimulation, and more. The goal is not to sell services, it’s to create a physiological strategy tailored to that individual.
We also place strong emphasis on pelvic floor health, an often overlooked yet foundational component of women’s wellness. The pelvic floor supports core stability, circulation, bladder control, sexual health, and even optimal lymphatic movement through the lower body. When this area is weak, stagnation and dysfunction can follow. Our EM Chair allows us to strengthen the pelvic floor in a non-invasive, highly targeted way, delivering thousands of supramaximal contractions in a single session. By restoring strength and integrity to this region, we enhance lymphatic flow, improve structural support, and help clients feel stronger from the inside out.
What sets us apart is integration. Most wellness spaces offer treatments in isolation. We’ve built a model where each service supports the next. For example, enhancing lymphatic flow before IV therapy increases nutrient absorption. Supporting hydration improves cellular recovery. Strengthening the pelvic floor improves circulation and systemic stability. Reducing inflammation enhances skin regeneration. Everything is connected, and we treat it that way.
Education is equally central to our brand. We don’t want clients to simply receive treatments, we want them to understand why. Many women have never been fully educated on how their lymphatic system functions or how it affects their energy, bloating, skin, or immunity. Creating space for those conversations is something we’re deeply proud of.
Brand-wise, what we are most proud of is that Bella Reve does not chase trends. We are selective. We research extensively. We turn down technologies that don’t align with our ethos. We are building a long-term wellness platform, not a fast-moving aesthetic business.
Above all, Bella Reve is an extension of sisterhood. It is rooted in the belief that women deserve precision, respect, and individualized support in their health journey. We are building more than a spa, we are building a community centered around empowerment, longevity, and intentional care.
What we want readers to know is simple: this is a space where you will be seen. Not rushed. Not generalized. Not reduced to a single concern. We meet clients where they are, whether that’s beauty-focused, recovery-focused, spiritually centered, or performance-driven, and we design a path forward that supports their goals.
Is there anything else you’d like to share with our readers?
If there’s one thing we would want readers to take away, it’s this: your body is not working against you, but rather constantly seeking balance. That is its natural state.
So many women grow up feeling frustrated by bloating, fatigue, hormonal shifts, cellulite, stress, or changes that come with age, and often we internalize those changes as personal failures. But more often than not, they are signals. Signals that a system needs support, hydration, strengthening, or restoration.
We want women to feel empowered, not confused, about their bodies.
Bella Reve was built from curiosity, two sisters asking questions about how we felt and why. That curiosity turned into research, and that research turned into a space where those conversations are welcome. We hope more women begin asking questions. About their lymphatic system. About their pelvic floor. About hydration. About inflammation. About longevity.
We also want to normalize evolving. Aging is not something to fight, it’s something to navigate intelligently. There is strength in being proactive, in strengthening your body, in investing in your health before something feels urgent.
And finally, we hope Bella Reve represents something beyond wellness, that sisterhood, partnership, and community still matter. When women support each other and share knowledge openly, we all move forward.
That’s the bigger mission.
