My journey began with a love for beauty and a deep desire to help others feel seen, safe, and beautiful not just on the outside but within. After losing my mom at a young age, I made a promise to live fully in my purpose, something she never had the chance to do. That intention became the foundation of Unveil Esthetics and everything I stand for: healing through beauty, connection, and purpose.
When I started this journey, it wasn’t easy. For the first four years of building my business, I worked multiple jobs to keep my dream alive, balancing long nights, early mornings, and moments of uncertainty. But every sacrifice fueled my vision. I am proud to say that I am completely self-made. I built Unveil Esthetics from the ground up through hard work, dedication, and faith, and that’s what makes this dream so meaningful to me.
I’ve always believed that beauty is more than appearance; it’s energy, confidence, and self-expression. Through every lash extension set, brow wax, body waxing service, and facial, my goal is to help clients not only look beautiful but feel beautiful. I love creating an environment where people can truly exhale, where they feel understood, supported, and never alone. When someone lays on my massage table, it’s not just a service, it’s a safe space for them to release, renew, and reconnect with themselves.
I absolutely love my craft! The artistry, the science, and the transformation behind it. The beauty industry evolves every single day, and I’m passionate about staying educated, learning new techniques, and understanding the science behind the services I offer. I love sharing that knowledge with my clients so they feel empowered and confident in their self-care journey.
As I continue to grow, I’m also integrating energy healing and Reiki into my business, blending the outer glow of beauty with the inner calm of healing. For me, beauty and spirituality are deeply connected. The more I heal myself, the more I can help others heal too.
There was a time when nothing I was doing was truly filling my spirit, but my business does. Even through the hardships that come with being an entrepreneur, I wouldn’t trade it for the world. Every challenge has taught me resilience and every client who leaves glowing reminds me that I’m living my purpose.

We all face challenges, but looking back would you describe it as a relatively smooth road?
It definitely hasn’t been a smooth road, but every challenge has shaped me into the woman and business owner I am today. In the early stages, I worked multiple jobs for four years just to keep my dream alive while building Unveil Esthetics from the ground up. There were times when I felt exhausted, overwhelmed, and unsure if I could keep going, but my passion and purpose always pulled me through.
Being an entrepreneur comes with constant lessons from managing finances and marketing to long work hours and learning how to trust myself and stay grounded in my vision. There were moments when nothing I was doing felt fulfilling except for my business. That is when I realized that this is truly my purpose. It fills my spirit in ways nothing else ever has.
I have also faced the mental and emotional side of entrepreneurship such as staying motivated during slow seasons, learning to silence self-doubt, and continuing to show up with love even when things felt heavy. But those moments taught me perseverance, self-belief, and faith. Every obstacle became part of my growth, and I would not trade any of it for the world because it is what made Unveil Esthetics what it is today, built on passion, resilience, and purpose.
Appreciate you sharing that. What else should we know about what you do?
What once was just lashes has grown into so much more. My first business name was Everlashing Love by Jay, and it eventually evolved into Unveil Esthetics. That transformation reflects my own growth, both personally and professionally. It started with a love for lashes, but over time it became about helping others heal, connect, and feel beautiful inside and out.
I am known for my education and the knowledge I share about the services I provide such as lash lifts, lash extensions, waxing, and skincare. I take the time to explain each step and the science behind it so my clients understand exactly what they are receiving. I love when my clients leave not only looking beautiful but also learning something new about their skin or lashes.
I also help my clients solve problems with self-care and healing by sharing the personal development tools and wisdom I have gained through my own life experiences. My clients often tell me that time with me feels both therapeutic and uplifting. I believe that beauty and healing are deeply connected, and I bring that energy into every service I provide.
What I am most proud of is the environment I have created. Unveil Esthetics is more than a studio, it is a sanctuary. When someone lays on my massage table, it is not just about lashes or skincare, it is about helping them feel grounded, confident, and cared for. I never rush through my services because I value quality and connection. Every detail matters, and I want each person to leave feeling renewed from the inside out.
What sets me apart is the love and intention I put into everything I do. My work is not just about beauty, it is about helping others feel whole again. I am proud of my craft, my knowledge, my energy, and the heart that goes into every appointment. Unveil Esthetics represents beauty, soul, and purpose, and I am honored to share that with everyone who walks through my door.
Do you have recommendations for books, apps, blogs, etc?
Yes, I truly believe that what we feed our mind and spirit reflects in everything we do. I love learning, growing, and surrounding myself with resources that help me become the best version of myself, both personally and professionally.
For personal development, I listen to Jay Shetty and Mel Robbins. They always remind me to stay grounded, motivated, and focused on my goals. I also love Gabrielle Bernstein’s work on manifestation because it keeps me aligned with faith and the energy of possibility.
For my beauty business, I listen to the LivBay Lash Podcast by Shauna Jones. It has taught me so much about the industry and helps me stay connected to the business side of beauty. I also take multiple courses and love getting services done by other estheticians to learn new techniques and pick their brains. I believe that we all have something to teach and something to learn.
Some of the books that have deeply influenced me are Psycho-Cybernetics by Maxwell Maltz, which teaches mindset and self-image, and It Didn’t Start With You by Mark Wolynn, which helped me understand inherited family trauma and how it shapes who we are. These books have helped me grow as both a person and a business owner.
I am also very grateful for my mentors. Wayne Arnold has been my mentor for faith and breaking barriers, Tracy Lee Navrides is my therapist who helps me continue to heal and evolve, and Love Sachartoff has guided me deeply in my meditation and spiritual practices. Each of them has helped me align more with who I am and how I show up for others through my work.
All of these tools and people have helped me stay focused, inspired, and aligned with my purpose. They remind me that success starts from within, and when you take care of your inner world, everything around you begins to bloom.
