Hi Stephanie, we’re thrilled to have a chance to learn your story today. So, before we get into specifics, maybe you can briefly walk us through how you got to where you are today?
I grew up in Lyon, surrounded by the incredible flavors of its world-famous cuisine. That’s where my love for food — and naturally for wine — began. I’ve always been fascinated by how wine pairs with food and how together they create a complete sensory experience. That curiosity led me to train with a professional sommelier, and it opened my eyes to the craftsmanship and emotion behind every bottle.
By background, I’m a chemical engineer, which taught me the value of process and precision. I bring that same care and attention to detail to every journey I design, crafting seamless, perfectly orchestrated experiences that touch the heart, delight the senses, and linger long after the journey ends.
Travel soon became more than a passion — it became a way of life. I’ve explored more than 30 countries, connecting with cultures, flavors, and people all over the world. Each journey deepened my belief that travel is about connection — to the land, to others, and to ourselves.
When I landed in California, I realized how many people dreamed of discovering France in a deeper, more meaningful way — not through traditional tours, but through authentic, immersive experiences. That’s what inspired me to create Osprey Boutique Travel.
Together with a team of passionate French experts, we design luxury bespoke journeys that blend wine, gourmet cuisine, and the French art de vivre — with meticulous attention to detail and a personal touch. I personally test every experience, from VIP tastings in royal châteaux, to fine dining at Michelin-starred restaurants, to wellness retreats in Provence.
For me, each itinerary is a story — a celebration of taste, culture, and discovery — where travelers experience France not as tourists, but as insiders, and fall in love with it the same way I did — for my beloved country.
Alright, so let’s dig a little deeper into the story – has it been an easy path overall and if not, what were the challenges you’ve had to overcome?
It hasn’t always been a smooth road. Moving from France to the United States was a major transition — adapting to a new culture, language, and way of life while trying to build a career in a completely different environment was challenging. I also shifted careers, leaving the structure of engineering to pursue my love for wine, travel, and gastronomy, which meant starting over, adapting quickly, and learning fast. But I’ve always loved a challenge, and doing work that I’m truly passionate about makes it all worthwhile — especially when that passion translates into unforgettable experiences for my clients.

What brings me the greatest joy is seeing clients return from France with unforgettable memories — moments that linger long after the trip ends.
