Today we’d like to introduce you to Jonathan Saeidian.

Hi Jonathan, so excited to have you with us today. What can you tell us about your story?
I started out fascinated by how digital marketing could give brands an edge—especially when done with strategy and creativity instead of just following the same playbook. Early on, I saw that most agencies were focused on volume and surface-level tactics, but very few were thinking about how to truly connect growth with performance, creative, and technology in one seamless system.

That insight is what led me to create Brenton Way. We built it as more than just an agency—it’s a growth partner that helps brands scale by combining performance marketing with innovative tech and creative storytelling. Over time, we’ve expanded into paid media, SEO, social, creative production, PR, and even SaaS solutions that streamline inefficiencies for marketing teams.

Today, our work spans startups and established brands across industries like beauty, health, SaaS, and luxury goods. We’ve grown into a team that thrives on testing new ideas—like our Rapid Creative Testing framework—and pushing the limits of how technology and creativity can work together. Looking back, it’s been about spotting gaps, building systems to close them, and never being afraid to challenge the “standard” way agencies operate.

I’m sure it wasn’t obstacle-free, but would you say the journey has been fairly smooth so far?
It definitely hasn’t been a smooth road. Growing Brenton Way meant building from scratch in an industry that’s both crowded and constantly evolving. One of the biggest struggles early on was differentiation—standing out from agencies that promised everything but delivered little. We had to prove that our approach, blending performance with creativity and technology, wasn’t just talk.

Another challenge has been scaling the team while keeping quality and innovation intact. As we grew, I had to learn how to balance client delivery with building systems, hiring the right talent, and creating processes that could scale without losing the personal touch.

And like any entrepreneur, I’ve faced the ups and downs of managing cash flow, and retaining clients while we expand. There were times when we invested heavily in ideas that didn’t work the way we expected. But those moments pushed us to refine our frameworks, like Rapid Creative Testing, and find better ways to deliver results.

What I’m most proud of brand-wise is how we’ve built Brenton Way into a true partner, not just another vendor. Many of our clients come to us after being burned by cookie-cutter agencies, and they stay because we focus on innovation, transparency, and sustainable growth.

What does success mean to you?
For me, success isn’t just about revenue or client count—it’s about impact and sustainability. On one level, success is when our work directly moves the needle for clients—whether that’s tripling traffic, driving a stronger ROAS, or helping a founder scale from idea to brand.

But on a deeper level, success is when those results are achieved in a way that’s repeatable, transparent, and sustainable for both our clients and our team.

I also define success by the trust we build. When clients see us not just as a marketing agency, but as a partner invested in their growth, that’s the win.

And internally, it’s when our team is constantly learning, experimenting, and growing with every project.
