I’m Rita Madozino, founder of Forever Young by Rita in Encino. With over 10 years of experience in the beauty industry and proudly operating my own medical spa for the past four years, I’ve dedicated my life to helping women look and feel their absolute best.

At Forever Young by Rita, we specialize in a wide range of advanced aesthetic treatments—from injectables like Botox and fillers to laser therapy, body contouring, facials, and PRP rejuvenation. When I walked into my first nursing school class, I never imagined that one day I’d own one of the most trusted and loved medical spas in Encino. But my journey from clinical care to beauty entrepreneurship wasn’t a straight line — it was a winding path of hustle, heart, and hard-earned wisdom.

I always knew I wanted to help people. But I didn’t know back then that I could help women feel beautiful and confident—not just cared for.

After years of studying and practicing nursing, I found myself drawn to aesthetics. I was fascinated by the science of it all—the skin, the procedures, the art behind injectables. But I also saw how transformative it was for the women on the other side of that syringe or laser. It wasn’t just about looking younger—it was about showing up for life in a new way.

What I’d Love to See Improve

If I had to choose something I like least, it would probably be the traffic and parking during peak hours—it can definitely be a challenge for clients trying to get to their appointments stress-free! I’d also love to see even more community events or networking opportunities for women entrepreneurs and beauty professionals in the area. There’s so much talent here, and more connection would only make the city even stronger.
