Rising Stars: Meet Anass Lakhdari of New York

Today we’d like to introduce you to Anass Lakhdari.

Hi Anass, so excited to have you with us today. What can you tell us about your story?
I am Mr. Anass Lak – A Humble Man. I started as a humble next generation motivational speaker/leader,
and I believe I am still the same humble next generation speaker/leader, but with slightly different wisdom.

I always had a big mission to motivate, inspire, and develop the next generation of young aspiring speakers to help them become the kind of speakers they always wanted to be and unleash their full potential as next generation young leaders.
I have done a great work throughout my collaboration with amazing World Champions of Public Speaking as part of the only iconic History Maker Interviewing Show 2020 as well as my partnership with some noteworthy LinkedIn Learning Instructors/Authors in the Next Generation Roadmap to Successful Leadership.

My various collaborations with expert speakers and leaders enlightened the Next Generation of young speakers and leaders around the World and gave them access to the best insights and perspectives that come directly from the super elite
in the fields of Public Speaking and Leadership respectively. Also, the collaborations made the Next Generation of Young Speakers/leaders equipped with the necessary latest public speaking/leadership available skills to boost their
public speaking and leadership continuous development.

It goes without saying that if you want to be the best in any given field, you have to learn from the best. That’s why, these collaborations were key to make the next generation of young aspiring speakers and leaders around the World gain the best tools/techniques in their quest to become the best young speakers/leaders in the World.

My journey as a young next generation speaker and leader who started from Morocco with nothing is also inspirational as many people who are part of my Moroccan culture used to think that it is impossible that someone from my country would do the things he has done or can do the things he has done. However, my bold journey illustrates for any young person living in Morocco or in any place in the World that having the courage to try and to believe in your dream in any given field can pave your way towards greatness if you do what it takes to make it happen. You do not have to be the wealthiest person to start something, and you do not have to know many things. But, if you have the passion in you to make it happen, nothing is impossible and nothing can stop you.

Can you talk to us a bit about the challenges and lessons you’ve learned along the way. Looking back would you say it’s been easy or smooth in retrospect?
The road has never been smooth. It was full of struggles and hardship. There is never an easy road, and struggles are undeniable. I believe it is only you who can make the struggles, and it is only you who can get rid of the struggles.
You will tell me how? I will confess that it is all in your mind. You need to train your mind to focus on the positive things and to not give attention to the negative things that cross your journey.

When I first started The History Maker Interviewing Show 2020, it came during a sensitive period of my life, and I was very young to start a show that is one of its kind in the World. Yet, I made the decision anyways to start this show and to believe
in its success. Sometimes you have to take risk in life even when you presumably think that it is going to be difficult.
Nevertheless, step by step, as I continued finishing episode by episode in The History Maker Interviewing Show 2020,
I kept gaining the confidence and the momentum to keep going forward. Also, the doubts that I had started
to decline gradually as I also acquired richer interviewing experience and more respect from all people who watched
The History Maker Interviewing Show 2020 worldwide, especially the next generation of
young aspiring speakers and leaders around the World.

Similarly, when I commenced something new, which is The Next Generation Roadmap to Successful Leadership Approach,
I believed it will be hard and even harder than The History Maker Interviewing Show 2020 because I had to take care more of the format of the interviews as well as put a harder effort into the content as I turned into an established Authentic Next Generation Speaker and leader and all eyes were on me. I had to take inevitably the formats of the interviews into the next level and to breakthrough each time with a lot of creativity and innovation in presenting each interview within The Next Generation Roadmap to Successful Leadership. I also had to be a pioneer in bringing something new each time to the industry of Leadership and to choose only the most compelling themes that are the best suitable for the viewers within the Next Generation Of Young Aspiring Leaders around the World.

Most people who watched the interviews within The Next Generation Roadmap to Successful Leadership watched
the end products and said: “Waw, that is an insane matchless quality that none has done before”.
Nonetheless, none of them looked at the hard process to film these interviews and turn them into the high quality final products that became available to all people around the World, with a specific focus on the Next Generation Of Young Aspiring Leaders around the World.

The struggles are also within your evolution as a Next Generation Speaker and Leader as you have to continuously learn and improve yourself every day with a lot of discipline. You have to break the status quo and to be different from the rest to make something unique in your field works. You do not have to do what everyone else is doing in your field, but you have to be
the exception if you want to be fantastic.

As you know, we’re big fans of you and your work. For our readers who might not be as familiar what can you tell them about what you do?
I am mainly a Young Next Generation Motivational Speaker who has been meticulously following a mission to motivate, inspire, and educate the Next Generation of Young Aspiring Speakers and Leaders around the World. But, I think of myself more than just a Motivational Speaker. I do believe that I am a Next Generation artist as well because of the creativity aspect that I have been incorporating in each and every released historical work. The artistry touch in all of my works has been special so far and enthralled all the people who watched Mr. Anass Lak – A Humble Man’s videos/shows/performances.

I do not think of any work that I release as just a work, but as I have always said since my humble beginning that I
always strive to make each work one of its kind and a once-in-a-lifetime forever memorable experience in Human History.
I specialize in not just the remarkable historical talks, like the ones I have done in the past, but my content is diversified
and matches each time the target audience taste. It is hard to tell you what I specialize in exactly because each time is different, the circumstances are different, and the expectations are different. But, when I show up, it is show time baby. You know what I mean. You have to ask people who watched my historical works what I specialize in because I think in my humble opinion they know what I specialize in exactly. However, if I have to give an approximate answer, I would say
I specialize in making each of my artistic works, like talks or interviews or shows historical. I think that is short and straightforward.

I am known for Making History and for giving an excellent vibe of motivation, inspiration, positivity, and enlightenment to all the people who watch my historical works, with a specific focus on The Next Generation Of Young Aspiring Speakers and Leaders around the World. I am also known for my incredible consistency in delivering nothing less than excellence.
Many speakers and leaders in the World think nowadays about doing more, but doing more things does not mean
doing better. Sometimes, when you do less things in an extremely high quality, the more memorable they are.

I am not proud of the things I have done, but I would say I am proud of having the courage, the passion, and the resilience that I have started something I am passionate about public speaking/motivational speaking/leadership since a very young age. But, this connects back to my passion about theater when I was a kid. So, I am glad things evolved from theater, crossing public speaking/motivational speaking, and then improving into leadership. I would say I am happy, not proud because of
my tremendous evolution as a Next Generation Speaker and Leader.

I think being the exception each time and delivering something unique in every released historical work set me apart from the other speakers and leaders in the World right now. I also believe that so far as of 2025 within the 21st century in particular, nobody have had the courage, the determination, the unwavering commitment, and the resolute attitude to add something completely brand new to the fields of Public Speaking/Motivational Speaking and Leadership. I added my innovative touch through bringing something Next Generation, not just in terms of talks, interviews, and shows, but also I have been fortunate to develop Next Generation Videos, and this is what makes me unique.

Do you have recommendations for books, apps, blogs, etc?
I believe the most important books that help me do best in life are mainly books within the fields of public speaking, motivational speaking, and leadership. I do not want to recommend a book in particular because I do not want to advertise for the book. But, I would name Simon Sinek most famous leadership books as some of the great resources that help me to do best in life. I would also name some motivational videos of Eric Thomas to be among my favorites to watch. For the blog, I would choose my personal blog to be a refreshing resource. I like to write some articles occasionally to develop myself more as a Young Next Generation Motivational Speaker and Leader. I hope I can get more consistency publishing more interesting articles, but I think everything will come at the right time.
