Hi John, we’d love for you to start by introducing yourself.
I founded Winstar Donuts with the mission of revolutionizing the American fast-food breakfast experience by combining the rich flavors of my native culture with American traditions. This vision led to the creation of the world-famous Donut Pupusa—a cherished family recipe passed down from mother to son. Our goal is to offer a quick, delicious, and affordable breakfast that leaves customers satisfied. As we grow, we aim to expand through franchising, bringing our unique flavors to more communities across the Los Angeles area.

Would you say it’s been a smooth road, and if not what are some of the biggest challenges you’ve faced along the way?
its been a whole learning experience

One of the biggest set apart is The Donut pupusa, a great Fusion featured in Univision national Network.

In terms of your work and the industry, what are some of the changes you are expecting to see over the next five to ten years?
I will create new stores that will be sold as Franchises.
