Today we’d like to introduce you to Darya Brayman.
Hi Darya, so excited to have you with us today. What can you tell us about your story?
For as long as I can remember, I have dreamed of being healthy, energized, and confident in my own body. But like so many women, I struggled with extra weight, low energy, and the frustration of not fitting into the clothes I loved or feeling the way I wanted to feel. I spent years reading about diets and wellness trends—searching for answers.
Everything changed when I was in dental hygiene school. I took a course in nutrition, and it felt like a lightbulb turned on. The science of food, the way it impacts every cell in our body—it fascinated me. In that moment, I knew this was more than just personal. I wanted to help others, too. Because I knew the pain, the insecurity, and the health struggles all too well.
After earning my nursing degree and graduating from dental hygiene school in New York, I began working in Beverly Hills as a dental hygienist. Day after day, I reviewed patient charts filled with medications and chronic illnesses—even in people my age or younger. It broke my heart… and strengthened my mission.
I completed my MBA in Nutritionology from the European Academy of Economics and Politics. But before I helped anyone else, I helped myself. I lost 18 pounds, reconnected with my body, and felt truly free for the first time in years. Then I helped my first client lose 15 pounds and lower their blood pressure—and that joy, that transformation, lit a fire in me. I knew I had found my calling.
Today, I share everything I’ve learned to help other women reclaim their energy, confidence, and health without calorie counting, guilt, or extremes.
Can you talk to us a bit about the challenges and lessons you’ve learned along the way. Looking back would you say it’s been easy or smooth in retrospect?
Not at all—but every challenge taught me something essential.
In the beginning, the hardest part was realizing that my extra weight wasn’t just about appearance—it was affecting my health, my energy, and my confidence. I didn’t like how I looked, and I hated that I couldn’t wear the clothes I loved. But what made it even harder was the overwhelming amount of conflicting advice about how to lose weight. I tried so many things, and none of them worked in the long run. Every failed attempt brought stress and emotional breakdowns.
It took time—and education—for me to understand that deprivation and extreme restriction don’t work. I had to learn that health comes first, and real, sustainable change starts with balance, not punishment.
Changing my habits wasn’t easy either. Motivation came and went, and while some people supported me, others—often with good intentions—would say, “You don’t need to lose weight.” But I knew deep down what I needed for me. Having people around me who truly understood and supported my vision made all the difference.
Studying nutrition while working full-time as a dental hygienist was also incredibly challenging. I was waking up at 4 a.m. to study, working 8-9 hour shifts, and spending weekends buried in books. But the thought of helping people the way I helped myself kept me going.
There were skeptics too—people who wondered why I’d “stress myself out” when I already had a career. Starting a business isn’t easy, and sometimes, I do doubt myself. I’m deeply passionate about what I do, and I always want to deliver the best results for my clients. But I’ve learned to be patient—with myself and with them—because the results always speak for themselves.
No, it hasn’t been a smooth road. But it’s been worth it.
Appreciate you sharing that. What should we know about Liferenewal Nutrition?

Honestly… I’m a total nutrition nerd and a bit of a perfectionist in the kitchen
I can spend hours perfecting a recipe until it’s both insanely delicious and 100% healthy.
Cooking is my love language, and I truly believe food should be both healing and exciting to eat.
My friends joke that I could make broccoli taste like a gourmet meal… and I take that as a compliment! 😋
So yes, I may spend a little too long decorating a salad, but hey—this is how I show care.
Also, A lot of people don’t realize I’m also a dental hygienist in Beverly Hills! I still work part-time in dentistry, and I’ve seen firsthand how much our health is connected to what we eat and how many people struggle with medical conditions. It’s one of the reasons I became so passionate about nutrition—I wanted to help people before they ended up on medications.
