Community Highlights: Meet Jenny Huber of Heritage Estate Management and H.O.M.E.

Today we’d like to introduce you to Jenny Huber

Hi Jenny, so excited to have you on the platform. So before we get into questions about your work-life, maybe you can bring our readers up to speed on your story and how you got to where you are today?
I founded Heritage Estate Management in 2016, after 12 years of working with high profile clientele on movie sets, as a Personal Assistant and Estate Manager as well as a recruiter in the domestic staffing arena. I saw an opportunity to set up a luxury boutique company with a one-stop shop approach to luxury household and estate management.

I have a wonderful team with similar experience that allows us to quickly assess a households needs and implement highly effective methods, protocols and procedures to ensure the seamless running and management of luxury homes and lifestyles. Having all worked in high end homes for many years, when it comes to staffing a home or home office, we are well equipped with the ability to assess both a candidates qualifications and suitability for a role and the needs of the household with ease.

I’m sure it wasn’t obstacle-free, but would you say the journey has been fairly smooth so far?
We have experienced an exponential growth period over the past few years, especially with the number of private estates that we manage. Expanding our team to meet the needs of our clients quickly, whilst maintaining the standards of service has been the biggest challenge. I am very selective about who I bring on and prefer to have a small, well paid team, than a larger team. We have our dream team now and are ready to grow even more! After years in development, we are launching a luxury lifestyle/estate management app in early 2025 called H.O.M.E. (Household Operations and Management Estate System) which we are very excited about!

Thanks for sharing that. So, maybe next you can tell us a bit more about your business?
HEM is a boutique luxury full service estate management services company. We manage private homes, place and train staff as well as create household manuals via our app H.O.M.E. (Household Operations and Management Estate System). We are not volume based and give our clients personal attention, new clients often come to us due to frustrations about being sent people who are not the right fit and sometimes completely miss the criteria. They like that we take the leg work away for them by hand selecting from our pool of intensively vetted and qualified candidates, based on specific requests and needs. We build relationships with our clients and candidates over time and learn their needs and wants so that we are able to find the perfect match both in homes and office settings.

We are celebrating 8 years of Heritage Estate Management this year and launching H.O.M.E. in January. We are managing over a dozen estates as well as providing hundreds of clients with valuable team members.

How can people work with you, collaborate with you or support you?
Our business relays heavily on word of mouth promotion. We are very grateful for new client introductions and even offer a $1K referral bonus for a new client that we sign!
