Heart Glow: Arisa on Creating Space for Healing, Connection, and Inner Growth

For Arisa, the Heart Glow Podcast was born from a deeply personal belief that growth, happiness, and honest reflection can ripple outward and change lives. Inspired by how transformative podcasts were in her own self‑development journey, Arisa set out to create a safe, judgment‑free space where real conversations—not perfection—lead the way. Through thoughtful questions, intentional preparation, and shared vulnerability, she guides discussions around relationships, mindset, spirituality, and purpose, with the hope that listeners leave feeling seen, supported, and reminded that they’re not alone as they grow.

Arisa, you created the Heart Glow Podcast as a space for honest, healing conversations—what moment or personal experience inspired you to start the show?
I have always been passionate about self growth. As part of the process, watching and listening to podcasts or content helped me significantly learn and become a better version of myself.

I also believe that if we live in our life more happier and fulfilling, we can spread love and influence others to make the world a better place. So I decided to become a creator to share a space for connection, hints, and inspiration to live more freely.

Many of your episodes center on turning life challenges into personal transformation—what themes tend to come up most often in those conversations?
When I discuss life challenges with guests, I see them being real about their feelings and how they overcame those challenges. I try to create a space where people feel safe to express themselves without judgment.

You explore topics like relationships, mindset, spirituality, and purpose—how do you approach guiding these conversations in a way that feels safe and authentic for your guests?
I try to ask specifically what I’m curious about regarding the topic. For example, instead of asking, “Tell me about your journey to become successful,” ask “What was the most unexpected challenge in your journey?”

I also have a pre call before the filming, where I give them an overview of what I’ll ask so they can be more prepared. Then during the conversation, I try to share any similar experiences I have had.

What makes a conversation truly impactful for you as a host, even if the guest isn’t positioned as an “expert”?
When they share a beautiful realization that might sound like something we’ve heard before, but is real, simple and grounded. I believe even if the “words” sound cliche, the energy they’re putting into them is beautiful and meaningful. And having a reminder to be grateful for what we have is very important for staying motivated and connected.

As the podcast continues to grow, how do you hope listeners feel after tuning in, and what kind of connection do you want the show to foster?
I hope they feel connected and guided, not alone. I want to create a community for sharing vulnerable conversations that we don’t usually discuss in the real life, conversations that foster positivity and motivation so we can help each other to grow internally.
