Meet Nick Cohen Yahoodain of Advanced Builders & Contractors

Today we’d like to introduce you to Nick Cohen Yahoodain.

Nick, please share your story with us. How did you get to where you are today?
I am currently 38, and I have been working since I was 9. Start as a bagger in a supermarket, and now I am a general contractor building homes. I have done everything from being a paper boy, selling candy in school, cashier, manger, cashier, sold cell phones, worked at GUESS, sold cars, Real estate agent, sold kids toys, golf caddie, and much more.

Has it been a smooth road?
Thank god mostly yes, but like a journey there are always obstacles.

So, as you know, we’re impressed with Advanced Builders & Contractors – tell our readers more, for example what you’re most proud of as a company and what sets you apart from others.
We are general contractors and we specialize in New Construction, Home Remodeling, Kitchens and Bathroom, Room Additions, Hillside Construction, and large decks.

What sets us apart is that we actually care deeply about our clients, and treat them like we want to be treated.

I am most proud of the fact that people send us holiday cards and invites us in to their family functions, and bless us once we live there home because of the great experience that they have had.

Let’s touch on your thoughts about our city – what do you like the most and least?
I love the variety of different people in LA, but hate the traffic.
