JBNZO, let’s start with your story. We’d love to hear how you got started and how the journey has been so far.
People don’t know but I was born in Minnesota but grew up in South Central LA on Slauson since I was two.
Grew up surrounded by a lot of music greats, knew them as people first not the stars the world saw them as (respectfully) and was able to absorb some great moments and wisdom when I think about it now. I’ve always had a natural rhythm with music and instruments, mostly the keyboard/piano since I was young.
I was baller tho first and foremost a the time, Went through college playing football, NFL was the legitimate plan. Long Story short, Put that down, and picked music all the way up and haven’t looked back since. In it for life.
Now I’m creating a sound in the city.
We’re always bombarded by how great it is to pursue your passion, etc – but we’ve spoken with enough people to know that it’s not always easy. Overall, would you say things have been easy for you?
Its all a rollercoaster sometimes is calm like the lake, and other times disruptive like the river. Its the road least traveled so I expect all challenges and things that make you better.
The music has always been consistent, finding ways to create.
So, as you know, we’re impressed with Rarity Lifestyle – tell our readers more, for example what you’re most proud of and what sets you apart from others.
The business is called Rarity Lifestyle and we are a street luxury brand.
We are always improving our products towards luxury lifestyle but the foundation is built off of the grind, the blood, sweat and tears, of making anything great happen.
Our brand is a place for street luxury fashion. All original music that is available worldwide, and self-help books and products.

What is “success” or “successful” for you?
Perfect health for me and my family. My mind is clear and ready. My body is optimal. My spirit is purpose-driven.
I can make any creative choice because I have financial freedom, doing the things that I love. And that I am inspired as much as I can be. Always learning.
This is my success.
As far as markers of course, whether is it getting songs on to top hits list, making classics, creating a timeless historic brand, those markers are always growing bigger and better.
