Meet Dre Adams

Today we’d like to introduce you to Dre Adams.

Hi Dre, so excited to have you on the platform. So before we get into questions about your work-life, maybe you can bring our readers up to speed on your story and how you got to where you are today?
Well, how I got started was by a word that was spoken over me. That word Was “Arrow” it resonated with my whole being instantaneously from that moment I knew that for the rest of my life, I would commit to pushing people forward. Arrows were used for fighting and direction in which my business is based on these principles of fighting for people and give them guidance to be the best version of themselves. Where we are now, we’ve been blessed enough to help so many people from reuniting a mother and her daughter after being apart for a few years to helping others finish college and find jobs. It’s really a blessing. How I got here was honestly God, My Wife and who I have in my life. I wanted to give up so many times from not getting any support to personal issues but I knew that my why was bigger then what I felt like.

I’m sure you wouldn’t say it’s been obstacle free, but so far would you say the journey have been a fairly smooth road?
It definitely has not been a smooth road because I believe that a vision that’s not tested won’t last. There were many challenges that I had to endure to even get here today from finances, deaths, mental health, betrayals, loss of friendships Etc. That seemed constant more than any actual progress I was making, then it hit me one day I think I was just frustrated and was crying and praying, lol “Your current condition is not your concrete conclusion” and from that moment, I knew that pain wasn’t permanent. I’ve learned that calamity creates credibility we go through to get through to bring others out but they need to see you make it out.

Thanks for sharing that. So, maybe next you can tell us a bit more about your work?
I wear many hats but above a lot of them is that I am an Artist/Producer(DreLamonte). Music has always been a huge part of who I am. Outside of my own music, I’ve had the honor to work on other projects for people with producing and writing. To be completely honest, I wrestled with even pursuing music for the sake of fear and it being very populated, I started and stopped for such a long time then I just went for it I just didn’t care anymore my message was my message and it was for those that needed it and wanted to hear it. I’m not for everyone and I’m so cool with that. I’m most proud of people’s lives being changed for the better because of what I get to do, what sets me apart from others is my story and why I’m here; I know what my message is to the earth while I’m here and that people will be able to say because he did I can.

What matters most to you? Why?
Fulfilling The Purpose of my life everything else falls under that. I don’t have time to waste on what’s not important to God or me *Kanye Shrug* lol.

Why? Because one day I won’t be anymore, what I am to do is to prepare the generation after me to be them and why they’re here. Imagine living life and have left with something that was supposed to change lives. The wealthiest place in the world is the cemetery because so many things never got accomplished. When I leave this earth, I want to leave empty giving everything I was supposed to.
