Meet Aimee Batuski

Today we’d like to introduce you to Aimee Batuski.

Aimee, let’s start with your story. We’d love to hear how you got started and how the journey has been so far.
My personal development journey began during my upbringing. My parents raised both my sister and me to prioritize and value personal growth and healthy communication. I started taking transformational courses in college and continued to attend trainings during my years living in NYC after college. I worked in the Natural Food Industry for a couple of years, and all the while I was learning ontological coaching, vegan lifestyle coaching and other modalities.

Finally, I got to a point in my journey where I was no longer fulfilled by having a 9-5 job and doing volunteer coaching on the side, I felt my passion for supporting others and knew it was my gift to share with the world. So, I quit my corporate job, hired my business coach and booked my one-way ticket to Los Angeles. I’ve lived in LA for over three years now and have been a full-time Life Coach since the day I flew across the country. My business has morphed and evolved as I’ve continued to grow.

When I started, I was a general Life Coach focused on supporting clients in disappearing blocks and barriers in any area of life; career, health, relationships, family, etc. I loved my work, but something was missing. Then, I decided to dive into transformational work in the more feminine realm. I took multiple coaching programs, immersed myself in retreats about sex, relationships, orgasm, and intimacy. I flew all over the country for programs and trainings, and my whole life transformed.

My relationships with men evolved, and my body image completely shifted, I started living my life for my own pleasure and started having amazing, connected sex – that I never thought was possible for me. I instantly knew I needed to weave this into my coaching and support other women in loving their bodies, trusting men, receiving pleasure, and owning their feminine power. And that’s what I do today!

Now, my coaching is centered around intimacy, connection, and desire. I lead group virtual courses and retreats for women, focused on increasing their pleasure, owning their power, enhancing intimacy in their relationships and feeling turned on in their lives.

Has it been a smooth road?
There have definitely been challenges along the way. I love being a coach and entrepreneur. It feels like what I’m supposed to do, and that doesn’t mean it’s always easy. I’ve had to majorly confront my own fears, limiting beliefs and self-imposed barriers, every step of the way.

I’ve had to break through my own money blocks in order to charge rates resonant with the value I provide my clients (and now I get to support others in doing the same, and owning their worth!). I’ve had months of low income and months of very high income.

I’ve learned to relate to money in a whole new way; to welcome it, love it, embrace it, save it and be generous with it. I’ve had to learn when to say yes and when to say no. I’ve said yes to growth opportunities that scared the shit out of me and completely altered my life and rocked my world.

I’ve made huge financial investments in myself and my development with no guarantee of return, and it’s always been worth it. I’ve learned to trust myself over other people’s judgments, opinions, and criticism. I’ve had to expand my view of myself as a coach and a leader in order to hold retreats and group courses, and lead at the level I’m called to.

It’s been a deep and profound internal journey for me, to keep evolving in order to be most powerful and supportive for my clients. That’s why I make sure I am well supported. I have a business coach who has mentored me for three years. I make sure to take good care of myself through receiving coaching, therapy, bodywork, energy healing, and by maintaining a healthy vegan diet, and an active lifestyle.

I also prioritize having community and connection, surrounding myself with friends and loved ones who also value personal development and support my expansive and unusual career. I would not have the stability and success in my business if I didn’t create a solid support system for myself.

We’d love to hear more about what you do.
I run a multi-faceted coaching company. I lead virtual group courses and retreats for women that focus on loving their bodies, trusting men, living a pleasure-focused life, and owning their feminine power. My coaching is centered around intimacy, connection, and desire.

I’m incredibly passionate about women (and men!) having amazing sex, deep, connected relationships and satisfaction in all areas of life. It’s so important to me to support women in loving their beautiful bodies and feeling their innate power and wisdom.

I offer one-on-one and couples coaching for a select few, who deeply desire the individualized attention, but my focus is on group work. I believe the community is a key part of healing, and learning in groups is just more fun!

My flagship course is called “Wild, Confident Intimacy” and it runs two-three times per year. It’s a four-month program in which I guide women through a juicy adventure of self-discovery, exploring the sides of themselves that they usually hide from the world, and get them connected to their inner magnet – and able to attract whatever they desire in life!

My retreats are called “Desire on Fire” retreats, which I co-lead with my soul sister Ellie, and I also host a monthly women’s circle called FIERCE Goddess Circle here in LA. I love bringing women together to connect, transform and support one another!

Is our city a good place to do what you do?
I love living in Los Angeles. I love working here. I can work from home, under the palm trees in my back yard, or go to a coffee shop and feel infused by the electricity and love surrounding me. There is so much openness and curiosity for personal growth in this city which is amazing!

I appreciate how many opportunities there are for networking, spiritual development and community involvement here. There are different events and experiences available any night of the week in LA. I host a women’s circle every month here, called FIERCE Goddess Circle, and each month I welcome in a guest leader to educate and inspire the women in the group.

I never feel a shortage of potential leaders, or women eager to attend the circle. And that is totally a result of being in such an amazing city. Hosting retreats in LA feels amazing.

The weather is great, the energy is right, and participants love driving and flying here for a magical LA retreat experience.
