Inspiring Conversations with Sabine Niederberghaus of Equine Leadership Program

Today we’d like to introduce you to Sabine Niederberghaus.

Hi Sabine, so excited to have you with us today. What can you tell us about your story?
I grew up with horses, they were my guides, teachers & best friends who have saved my life several times. As I got older, it only made sense to make a business out of it & share it with the world. Now 50+ years later, we have The Equine Leadership Program. Our main goal is to create stronger, more emotionally intelligent people & to create leaders of us all. Our services are not limited to any one person, our patrons range from CEOs, teams to everyday couples. We all need a bit of help in becoming our best selves. Grab the Reins!

Would you say it’s been a smooth road, and if not what are some of the biggest challenges you’ve faced along the way?
Just like anything worth having in life, there will always be a price that has to be paid. However, when you believe in something enough, it won’t matter. I would say the most persistent and everyday challenge we face in maintaining our horses, keeping them healthy & giving them the highest quality of life, making their work with us as humans much more powerful & productive.

Great, so let’s talk business. Can you tell our readers more about what you do and what you think sets you apart from others?
We are the best at what we do because of our experience, the quality of our horses & location.

We build stronger people & better leaders in personal life and businesses.

The quality of our amazing horses, our expertise & the location; on top of a mountain with a beautiful view of the pacific ocean, situated on a 7-acre ranch.

We are most proud of the process we’ve created. If you trust the process, we will lead the way.

In order to get the best results, it takes 2-3 sessions to really bond with the horses & the work doesn’t just stop when you leave the ranch, it’s up to the business or individual to do the necessary reflective work.

Who else deserves credit in your story?
Our horses, Our clients, Our team to say the least. It takes a group of like-minded people to accomplish truly great things!
