Hidden Gems: Meet Jennifer Roach of Organization Fabulous

Today we’d like to introduce you to Jennifer Roach. 

Hi Jennifer, please kick things off for us with an introduction to yourself and your story.
My name is Jennifer Roach, and I am the founder and CEO of Organization Fabulous, an organization company that works with realtors and homeowners, offering home organization, packing, move management, and unpacking services as well as prepping homes for sale. 

Along my career path, I found that I truly loved helping overwhelmed women find peace in their home, if nowhere else. I wanted to create a concierge service that could help people who are consumed by the daunting process of selling a house, buying a new one, and uprooting their entire family, all while trying to work and keep their sanity. 

OFab has allowed me to help lift other women up through my experience and expertise. Part of our mission is to help those who do not have enough time to handle their home life, from simply functioning properly to moving across the country. 

We, of course, work with anyone, but growing up with a single mom, I saw firsthand the very common problems most women have. 

Alright, so let’s dig a little deeper into the story – has it been an easy path overall, and if not, what were the challenges you’ve had to overcome?
The first major challenge in my business is getting an entire mecca of a large city to know who we are – getting the word out without a huge marketing budget. Social media is how many ppl do this, but we are still testing strategies. Also, of course, how to get more business while serving my current business and growing the business is always a challenge. 

We’ve been impressed with Organization Fabulous, but for folks who might not be as familiar, what can you share with them about what you do and what sets you apart from others?
OFab offers a Home Prep for Sale Service, which declutters the surfaces of a home to create a “blank canvas” for potential buyers. We love working with stagers to clear out a house to put on the market, or we can go as deep as helping clients completely purge and downsize their homes as well as facilitate color-coded storage management. 

We also handle Packing Management for homes in their entirety. We do it like organizers would by making sure the contents of each room stays together. All heirloom collections are packed with the attention they deserve. Every box is labeled and color-coded according to desired location in the home or storage unit. 

OFab offers full Move Management, which includes furniture arrangement schematics, Move-In Prep, and Day of Itinerary/Execution. 

Of all the services we have, my all-time favorite – and I tell my clients who are on a budget that this is where they need to invest – is Unpacking Management. Not only do we unpack in an organized manner, but we customize it so their things are put away where it makes sense logistically. We bring organization products to create a system that the whole family can continue. My goal is to implement systems that your children and family members can carry on for a lifetime. 

We also offer à la carte services such as new home stocking/shopping, custom-designed closets/garages/storage solutions, and we’ll help put out most fires with our arsenal of vendors/professionals.
