Story & Lesson Highlights with Dina Richie of Beverly Hills

We recently had the chance to connect with Dina Richie and have shared our conversation below.

Dina, a huge thanks to you for investing the time to share your wisdom with those who are seeking it. We think it’s so important for us to share stories with our neighbors, friends and community because knowledge multiples when we share with each other. Let’s jump in: Have any recent moments made you laugh or feel proud?
One of my proudest and happiest moments has been my journey with Endosphères Therapy, a service we offer at my conscious spa, Skin Rehab Beverly Hills. It’s a genius technology that combines lymphatic drainage, cellulite reduction, circulation improvement, muscle recovery, and body sculpting — all in one device!
About 10 years ago, I tried the treatment for the first time while recovering from surgery and instantly fell in love with it — it helped reduce inflammation and speed up my recovery. I’ve been using it ever since, and it was a total game-changer after pregnancy, helping me reconnect with my body. I was actually one of the first people to bring this incredible device to the U.S. five years ago, offering it to my clients, who quickly became regulars because they loved the results.
This summer, I’m especially proud that Skin Rehab Beverly Hills partnered with Fenix Group, the makers of this Italian beauty and wellness device. We’re now their official Endosphères reference center in Los Angeles. It’s such a joy to share this transformative experience with my clients, see them feel confident, and represent a brand I truly believe in.

Can you briefly introduce yourself and share what makes you or your brand unique?
Hi, I’m Dina Richie, and I’m the founder of Skin Rehab Beverly Hills. I created this spa because I wanted to help people feel confident, radiant, and truly at home in their own bodies. What I love about our approach is that it’s completely mindful — every treatment is personalized, results-driven, and delivered in a calm, luxurious space where people can just relax and recharge. For me, it’s not just about looking good; it’s about feeling balanced and energized from the inside out.
We offer a variety of treatments that I’m really passionate about. Endosphères Lymphatic Drainage is amazing for sculpting and reducing cellulite. We also have Exosome Therapy and Angelic Face for advanced anti-aging, Lucente for pigmentation and melasma, sculpting and buccal facial massages, the celebrity-favorite Luminous Lift for red carpet prep, and Prenatal Glow for expecting mothers.
I love being able to combine cutting-edge technology with restorative, holistic care. Seeing my clients leave feeling empowered, balanced, and confident is the most rewarding part of what I do — that’s what conscious beauty means to me.

Okay, so here’s a deep one: What relationship most shaped how you see yourself?
Honestly, starting my own business in Beverly Hills is the experience that has shaped me the most and truly defined who I am today. It’s given me this incredible sense of confidence — like I can do anything! I was born in Russia, and growing up, America felt like a faraway dreamland full of Hollywood celebrities and pop stars. I never could have imagined that one day I’d be living in the heart of it — in Beverly Hills, running my own business completely on my own and making my dreams a reality.
Building Skin Rehab Beverly Hills has taught me so much about resilience, creativity, and trusting myself. I get to bring the best beauty and wellness treatments from around the world to my clients and see them leave feeling radiant and confident — that, to me, is the ultimate reward.

What did suffering teach you that success never could?
Suffering showed me that there’s no way out — the only way through. Even when you feel like you’re at the very bottom, you somehow gather every bit of strength you have and start climbing again. It also reminded me that nothing is permanent; everything changes, and life moves in cycles. After hardship comes happiness, after sadness comes joy. We need both to truly feel alive. It’s through those difficult moments that you learn resilience, gratitude, and the depth of your own strength in a way that success alone could never teach you.

So a lot of these questions go deep, but if you are open to it, we’ve got a few more questions that we’d love to get your take on. What are the biggest lies your industry tells itself?
I think the biggest lie the industry tells itself is that everyone is chasing perfection or the latest beauty trends. So much of the conversation around beauty focuses on “quick fixes,” and many brands promise unrealistic results. There’s a lot of hype, clever marketing, and flashy campaigns, but very little focus on sustainable, holistic approaches that truly support long-term beauty and well-being.

Before we go, we’d love to hear your thoughts on some longer-run, legacy type questions. Are you doing what you were born to do—or what you were told to do?
When I was a teenager, I had acne problems and would get deep cleanse facials every month at the same salon near my house. There was the salon owner, and I deeply admired her — she always looked beautiful, professional, and a little intimidating, haha. That’s when I decided that when I grew up, I would have my own beauty salon. I forgot about that dream for a while, but somehow it unfolded just like 11-year-old Dina imagined… only even better! So yes, I do feel like I’m doing exactly what I was born to do.
