Amber Beaugard shared their story and experiences with us recently and you can find our conversation below.
Amber, really appreciate you sharing your stories and insights with us. The world would have so much more understanding and empathy if we all were a bit more open about our stories and how they have helped shaped our journey and worldview. Let’s jump in with a fun one: What are you most proud of building — that nobody sees?
What I’m most proud of — that no one sees — is the way I show up for myself and explore my own mind. The healing I’m doing little by little, those “aha” moments that shift my perspective and allow me to grow into the best version of myself. The woman I am proud to be becoming.
Can you briefly introduce yourself and share what makes you or your brand unique?
I’m Amber Beaugard, founder of RediscoverU, a movement built around self-love, healing, and becoming who you were always meant to be. Through storytelling, photography, and community, I help women and youth reconnect with their truth. I’m currently working on a few special projects that I hope to release in early 2026. RediscoverU is more than a brand, it’s a journey back to self.
Amazing, so let’s take a moment to go back in time. What part of you has served its purpose and must now be released?
What has served its purpose and now needs to be released is the version of me that lived in survival mode, always trying to fit in and be understood. I’m learning that I was never meant to blend in, I was meant to be seen as I am. My voice is my own, and I’m finally ready to share it with the world. So this is my goodbye to my younger self, thank you for keeping me safe, but I’m ready to live free now.
Was there ever a time you almost gave up?
Absolutely. There were moments, through my separation, losing my parents, and feeling like everything I’d built was collapsing beneath me, when I questioned if I could keep going. But each time, life reminded me I was still on the right path. Sometimes what feels like breaking is really just a divine redirection, a realignment with who you’re meant to become.
I think our readers would appreciate hearing more about your values and what you think matters in life and career, etc. So our next question is along those lines. What would your closest friends say really matters to you?
They’d say my peace of mind, my sense of purpose, and how grounded I am in who I’m becoming. No matter what I face, I keep moving forward, and they know how deeply that matters to me.
Okay, so let’s keep going with one more question that means a lot to us: What is the story you hope people tell about you when you’re gone?
That I turned my pain into purpose, led with love, and helped others rediscover themselves along the way.
