Meet Tracy Rosa of World Fusion Wellness in West LA

Today we’d like to introduce you to Tracy Rosa.

Thanks for sharing your story with us Tracy. So, let’s start at the beginning and we can move on from there.
In 2017, I stumbled upon something that was going to make my vision even more of a reality. Hypnotherapy. That year I was at a convention type event and there was a booth for a hypnotherapy college. HMI (Hypnosis Motivation Institute). I met an amazing gentleman by the name of Mario Pescatore. I stood there talking to him for a bit, telling him how I was noticing some of my clients were not relaxing or letting go of their tensions until I started talking to them about their week, stress levels, events that may have happened, etc. He invited me to tour the school the following week. I figured why not? The day that I walked into that school, I did not walk out until I graduated the following year. It changed my life in positive ways on so many levels including giving me the confidence to speak my truth and not hide the techniques and therapies I designed for optimal wellness and an overall sense of wellbeing. Going to that school helped me on so many personal levels and helped me to overcome my own issues so I can stand here today and truly help others. I am not going to lie, I am still working on my mindbody everyday.

Staying present and in the moment. Staying mindful about the nutrition that I put into my body because that turns to fuel. If I ate the way I use to, as far as, fast food, soda, and not the best decisions overall, I would not have the energy to do what I do helping people. It is the same with everyone. Have you been tired lately? Check your foods? Vitamin levels, water intake, and sleep. The only person that will take care of us as adults is ourselves. We tend to forget that.” I am beyond grateful for my mentor and friend Katt Lowe who I met at HMI. She helped me overcome my self-image, she helped me re find myself in a lot of ways and brought me back home in a way, doing what I love to do which is helping others. She helped heal my mindbody so now I can help others heal theirs. She is also my Reiki Master and introduced me to Qigong healing which I incorporate throughout my treatments bringing balance to the energy fields around us. I cannot give her enough praise or special thanks. She is a true angel and healer.

Has it been a smooth road?
When I started my company I was pretty broke, I think I had $200.00 in the bank. I knew I had to be strategic and careful while building my company since I started with no capital. Mistakes were made along the way, including overworking myself into exhaustion. It is to be expected when starting something new. I decided to run groupons before I even found a space. One has to be strategic with doing that too or it can kill your business. It was Christmas time 2015 and the Groupons were selling but luckily for me people were not redeeming them until after the holiday, which I hoped would happen. Dec. 31, 2015, I found a rental that did by the hour, by the day, by the month per room. I could swing it, ( I started with hourly, and then went to Monthly per room until I rented all of the rooms in the building except for the chiropractor (Dr. Kaden) that we worked with) So I placed an ad to bring on some teammates that wanted work. Luckily before anyone called to redeem I was set up and ready. I was unsure of what structure I wanted to use for my company.

At first, I was a massage company because that’s what people knew and I had a massage license but I knew I was doing something more than “massage”. Pricing was a struggle as I tried to compete with other “massage” companies. Finally again, In 2017, I found HMI and things changed rapidly. I gained the confidence to be me and to reflect that within my company. We are unique, different, and we do not do “massage”. Ask anyone who has been on the table, they all say “this isn’t massage, I am not sure what to call it lol”. We have testimonials stating the same thing. It was finally time for me to start shining and talking confidently about my education and research background. My beliefs, My goals for my company, myself, my team, our clients, I just finally went for it and stopped hiding behind what I thought others wanted, as far as just being like other companies out there, But they actually wanted something different, something I was introducing.

We also specialize in surgical and injury recoveries. Aftercare for cosmetic surgeries Liposuction, BBL, tummy tucks, and more. We do body contouring, fat reduction services.

We offer at home care classes for our members and the public. At home care classes have been How to use silicone cups at home for a quick fix to your sore muscles, how to foam roll properly, breathework, guided imagery classes for stress reduction, Qigong self-healing, and much more.

Tracy worked under an herbalist for three years so we also create and design our own custom essential oils based on clients needs. (headaches, cellulite reduction, aches and pains, nerve issues, fibromyalgia, allergies, sinus, and much more). You name the issue we blend you the elixir.

All of this is what sets us apart from other companies, we well as what I think is most important is that we take time with each of our clients. We do not rush them out for the next client like most other companies. We are lighthearted and down to earth creating a comfortable and secure atmosphere where people can unwind and be themselves.

I am most proud of allowing myself to let my creative side out creating this company, listening to people and clients needs and being able to fulfill them. Once I did a groupon for a cupping therapy with cold stone. Had a beautiful soul of a client come in, she was under the impression it was cupping with cold stone ice cream, which thinking about it, ice cream after one of our treatments because they can sometimes be intense wasn’t such a bad idea. Joking I found out her favorite flavor and the next time she came in I gave her the cookie dough ice cream to go. She has been a client ever since.

Let’s touch on your thoughts about our city – what do you like the most and least?
I love the different cultures living in harmony, I enjoy the diversity, the motivation people have to have to even live in LA. The creativity and open self-expression that is allowed.

I don’t like speaking negatively about anything but I guess if I had to choose something I like least would be the pollution around and in the air. I can’t say traffic because it is just known and now I find traffic jams a bit relaxing sometimes.
