Hi Tatiana, can you start by introducing yourself? We’d love to learn more about how you got to where you are today?
I’ve had the incredible opportunity to work across over 35 countries, managing and expanding the Booiaka® Brand internationally.
My journey has been driven by a passion for the entertainment industry, where I’ve honed my skills in television, sound, and film production.
I lead with a charismatic style, connecting with people, energizing and inspiring them to create something meaningful together. My experience focuses on building strong teams and fostering collaboration to bring creative visions to life.
I’ve learned the power of persistence and belief throughout my journey. From touring with the USO and performing for American soldiers to expanding global brands, these experiences have shown me the impact of dedication and resilience.
Currently, I’m working on a major TV show and look forward to transitioning into an executive producer role for my own production. I embrace every opportunity with the same passion, and determination that have shaped my career.”
We all face challenges, but looking back would you describe it as a relatively smooth road?
It hasn’t always been a smooth road. I’ve faced various challenges, from expanding a global brand to the film industry. Navigating these obstacles required persistence, adaptability, and learning new skills. Each struggle has taught me valuable lessons in resilience and reinforced my belief that charismatic leadership and collaborations can create incredible results.
A significant challenge has been adjusting from the vibrant, joyful atmosphere of the Music and Dance industry to the film world. I often remind myself, and others, to bring a little extra sparkle to set, even though at times it’s a bit like moving from a lively dance party into a serious boardroom of genius minds—while still feeling a little tipsy!”
Can you tell our readers more about what you do and what you think sets you apart from others?
I’m known for my international success and dynamic approach, inspiring others to live fully. I embrace every opportunity with passion and determination, always bringing a spark of joy and adding a touch of Italian gnocchi to every project! What sets me apart is my authenticity and strong values. I can’t fake it, and I’m not afraid to show my vulnerable side—I tackle challenges with integrity and a true passion for my work. Think of me as a big kid in a playground who also knows how to run a business. This unique blend comes from my background: my father’s creative artistry and my mother’s business acumen. While this approach sometimes clashes with industry norms, it’s what makes me both effective and genuine in my field.
How do you think about happiness?
What makes me happy is creating joy in others, building culturally diversified communities where people empower one another, and watching the projects we’ve worked on come to life.
Why? Because this is my gift and the mission I’ve embraced my whole life.
My Ttkana’ Project is a prime example of something I’m particularly proud of, as it embodies the essence of my mission and showcases my unique gift.”
