Today we’d like to introduce you to Siimon Reynolds.

So, before we jump into specific questions about the business, why don’t you give us some details about you and your story.
I’ve spent decades building my own companies- 4 multi-million dollar ones so far, including one that was valued on the stock exchange at over $500 million.

Now, I mentor entrepreneurs -on how to grow their business much faster and work much more effectively. I mentor via phone or skype and work with business owners from all over the world. I focus on 3 key areas- better marketing, closing more sales and maximizing productivity.

Has it been a smooth road?
Building my original businesses was often hard. Mentoring other entrepreneurs is much easier. 🙂

Nobody is born with all the skills needed to grow a great business. You have to be obsessed with learning how to do it superbly. There are two ways to learn- the slow way is by personal trial and error. The fast way is to get someone who has already succeeded to mentor you. I have always chosen way two and I advocate that all entrepreneurs do the same.

Many giant industries have started in Los Angeles- it’s full of open-minded, ambitious and highly talented people, so it’s easy to find good staff. And it doesn’t hurt that the climate is amazing either. 🙂
