Today we’d like to introduce you to Pavllo Zengo.
Pavllo, please share your story with us. How did you get to where you are today?
I am a native of Albania that moved to the United States at the young age of six. A very determined bilingual honor student with a strong passion for business, I attended and graduated with a Bachelor’s degree in International Business and Finance from the prestigious NYU Stern School of Business.
Upon graduation, I continued on to excel in the Financial world for the next five years, working for top financial companies such as Thomson Financial and Citigroup. At the youthful age of 25, I shifted direction a bit and decided to take a short break from Wall Street to pursue a new career in Modeling and Acting. I spent the next several years experiencing the fashion industry in Milan, Paris, New York, Miami, Shanghai, and Los Angeles.
Over the years, I was fortunate enough to work talented individuals and be featured in several pages of fashion magazines, worldwide billboards, and music videos. Shortly after permanently residing in Los Angeles in 2012, I pinpointed my focus on breaking through into the Acting industry where I have been able to grow my storytelling capabilities to a larger audience. Still an entrepreneur at heart, I have managed to break into Hollywood as well as keep direct ties with my first passion in business.
I am currently working for a top Beauty Technological company called FOREO as their Director of Brand Partnership/Brand Story Teller. Finding my niche in this world and being able to combine both my business background and well as my entertainment side and love for the arts has been nothing short of fulfilling.
It’s also very important for me to not just simulating my brain but also my body and soul. Understanding the importance of taking care of one’s health, I try to live a very active and authentic lifestyle. A workout enthusiast that loves sharing the importance of self-care.
Great, so let’s dig a little deeper into the story – has it been an easy path overall and if not, what were the challenges you’ve had to overcome?
I would be lying if I said it was smooth. However, it was all the hardships that made it memorable, impactful and most importantly educational. We all face struggles when following our dreams but it through those struggles that we get our strength to push forward.

I consider my self very fortunate to be able to do what I do. Along with modeling and acting, I work for FOREO, which is a company that creates ideas that provoke a change for the better.
Not limited to just one type of product or one industry; they focus on where they can do the greatest good. That’s what makes the FOREO journey such an exciting one. As their director of brand partnerships as well as being the brand storyteller, I get to share this vision with everyone.
The most essential part my job is to develop strategies for which stories should be told where, and how bridging together leadership, marketing, sales and culture communications to create a new and innovative kind of value and overall awareness.
