Today we’d like to introduce you to Matthew Coleman.

Matthew, let’s start with your story. We’d love to hear how you got started and how the journey has been so far.
I started blogging out of an interest in building my own brand. I was an actor at the time and thought it would get me some roles! In the process, I found that blogging was a great way to express your passions in life. I am an entrepreneur at heart, so it was a win-win for me!

Overall, has it been relatively smooth? If not, what were some of the struggles along the way?
Struggles for sure! I have always enjoyed doing this, but it can be extremely time-consuming. Working every night. Making sacrifices wherever that may be. But that’s the joy of building your own brand right? Starting from nothing and creating something you can call your own. Appreciating the process is key.

Matthew On Point – what should we know? What do you do best? What sets you apart from the competition?
What started as a hobby and something to do for fun has turned into a business. I love going out with friends and creating content together. I am just happy that I can do something that I enjoy. It’s great working with brand that understands your process and let you have the freedom to create as you please.

What is “success” or “successful” for you?
For me, success has always been about my happiness and fulfillment at the moment. My purpose or goals could change at any moment, but as long as I am happy with where I am and headed, then I think that is success. A lot of this comes from spending time with loved ones for me as well.
