Lonnie Mintz has been an Award Winning Realtor since 1998. Lonnie works hand-in-hand with his clients to ensure they have a professional, hassle-free transaction. Lonnie is an expert communicator and has the experience, marketing expertise and market knowledge to expertly guide his clients through the home buying and selling processes. During his college years, Lonnie interned for Top Agents with Fred Sands Realty.

After graduating CSUN with a degree in communications, Lonnie began his full-time career in Real Estate with Sunset Realtors and was quickly recognized for his top sales performance. Sunset Realtors was purchased by Coldwell Banker and in 2002, 2003 and 2004 Lonnie proudly earned Coldwell Banker’s prestigious Diamond Club Award as a Top Producing Agent. After being recruited to Prudential California, he earned the 2006 Honor Award for his top sales performance and was consistently recognized as a top producing Sales Agent. Since joining Rodeo Realty in 2013, Lonnie has been consistently recognized as one of Rodeo Realty’s Top Producing Agents and has earned the prestigious Rodeo Realty President’s Circle and Director’s Club Awards as a Top Producing Agent in 2013, 2014, 2015, 2016, 2017, 2018 and 2019! We’re always bombarded by how great it is to pursue your passion, etc – but we’ve spoken with enough people to know that it’s not always easy. Overall, would you say things have been easy for you?
Running your own business can be challenging as well as rewarding. Time management is crucial to maintaining a successful business, however the most important factor is the ability to listen to your clients to understand their needs, wants and desires and exceed their expectations.

Alright – so let’s talk business.  What else should we know about you and your career so far?
I am known for my expert communication and negotiation skills. My listings consistently sell quickly and for top dollar! I take great pride in my relationship with my clients who appreciate my attention to detail and my tireless work ethic! I am available to my clients 7 days a week and I treat all of my clients equally whether they are selling or buying a $200,000 property or a $2,000,000 property!

I drive Buyer traffic to my listings through innovative and results-driven advertising and marketing techniques. My marketing strategy includes gorgeous high-end photography, Hi-def property video, Matterport 3-D property tour, custom property websites, advertising in the Los Angeles Times, advertising on Zillow.com, Trulia.com, and much more showcasing my listing! I am a proven expert in evaluating and developing a marketing plan to suit the specific needs of each property. I also am an expert Buyer’s Agent. I have in-depth knowledge of the San Fernando, Conejo and Simi Valleys and works hand-in-hand with his buyers throughout the purchase…from finding their dream home to and through the Close of Escrow!
