2023 marked a transformative year for me as I traded the noise of factory machinery for the harmonious sounds of the kitchen. With a degree in fashion design and years of experience in manufacturing, I discovered that my true passions lie not in cloth and thread, but in fresh ingredients and creative concoctions. From unique cocktails and refreshing mocktails to invigorating wellness drinks, I offer a wide variety that will suit any event. Consider my Watermelon Mojito: I begin by juicing ripe, sweet watermelons, ensuring to strain out the pulp for a smooth finish. Fresh mint—harvested from my own garden—adds a burst of flavor, culminating a refreshing summer experience. Or the Cucumber Margarita, where I use a cold-press juicer to extract the nutrient-rich essence of cucumbers while preserving their vibrant goodness. This method not only enhances the flavor but also amplifies the health benefits. For those seeking wellness, my menu offers an array of thoughtfully crafted drinks packed with superfoods. My passion for studying these powerful ingredients drives me to create delicious beverages that not only tantalize the taste buds but also contribute positively to your well-being. As I embrace this new chapter, I am reminded that life’s most delightful experiences often flourish when we follow our hearts.
Would you say it’s been a smooth road, and if not what are some of the biggest challenges you’ve faced along the way?
In this industry, which is vastly different from my prior career, I learn something new every day. I keep my mind open, always seeking knowledge. My primary focus from the start has been to ensure that the products we serve are of excellent quality, made with fresh ingredients, and, most importantly, every drink is served with a smile.
However, like any business venture, my journey has not been without its challenges. Navigating the world of social media has been one of my biggest hurdles. While I prioritize interpersonal connections and meticulous attention to detail in my service, engaging with social media platforms feels daunting for me. Despite my personal approach to customer interactions, I recognize the immense importance of social media in today’s marketplace. To overcome these struggles, I continue to push myself, learning the nuances of these platforms while remaining grounded in my passion for creating exceptional drinks and providing exceptional service.

I am known for providing exceptional service, and before every event, I remind my staff that every drink should be served with a smile. I believe that service is just as important as the product itself. All of our drinks are carefully crafted with fresh ingredients, many of which come directly from my garden.
I take pride in decorating our camper bar, or the solid wood portable bar, to match the event decor. It’s all in the details; fresh garnishes and beautiful floral arrangements enhance the experience. I love creating floral designs that bring a touch of elegance and vibrancy, tying together the entire vision of the event.
