Jordan, please share your story with us. How did you get to where you are today?
We do zero internet advertising. Only do word of mouth. We started as a handyman business, doing small fix it repairs and evolved over time. We started experimenting with building certain items and now we sell vertical succulent gardens to promote our biz. We use these items to gain customers.
Great, so let’s dig a little deeper into the story – has it been an easy path overall and if not, what were the challenges you’ve had to overcome?
It has been very smooth. There are occasionally some miss steps along the way, but it is all worth it when you are doing what you love everyday.
OC Home Aid – what should we know? What do you guys do best? What sets you apart from the competition?
We do handyman services, small fix it repairs like plumbing, electrical and drywall.
Now, in addition to that, we sell hanging succulent gardens, this sets us apart from others. There’s no one else doing both these services.
What moment in your career do you look back most fondly on?
Becoming self-reliant. I have always been an entrepreneur but worked for someone else.
