John William, can you briefly walk us through your story – how you started and how you got to where you are today.
I’m the founder of Done Rite Carpet Care, inventor of the Restorative Cleaning Process for carpet, the carpet-correcting (not cleaning) author of the book Stop Spot-Cleaning Your Life, creator of the PDF 1-page downloadable 5-step principle-driven life-cleaning process called “The Restorative Cleaning Process for LIFE Breakthrough Blueprint”, and the founder of Done Rite Life-Cleaning Coach, where we provide the fastest and easiest way for any Spirit-led Entrepreneur, regardless restorative life-cleaning experience, how to restore those ‘reappearing spots’ the relationship, financial, and other issues that haunt their lives, no matter what they do, and experience more restoration in every area of their life, in just 12 weeks, than from a lifetime of spot-cleaning, and help others do the same.
Overall, has it been relatively smooth? If not, what were some of the struggles along the way?
At thirty-eight years old, I read stories similar to the ones Voyagela write, smiling on the outside yet cringing on the inside. Truthfully, I was almost incapable of implementing the tips I gleaned from the different experts in your stories. You see, I was in the middle of what most would call a mid-life crisis. With my second marriage falling apart, my carpet correcting (not cleaning) business on the brink of failure, my relationship with my children disappearing, and my faith being rocked to its core, I needed some serious help. The decades of unresolved life-spots and the stains they left behind made my life, goals, dreams, and compelling vision for the future feel dark and dingy and like they need to be replaced–like a carpet that has been soiled and spot-cleaned one too many times.
It occurred to me that my parent’s marriage ended in divorce because of these ‘reappearing spots’, as did my first marriage…
And when they reappeared with a vengeance in an attempt to destroy my second marriage and carpet correcting business, I desperately tried life-spot removers and different professional life-carpet cleaners to make my life and relationships clean and happy again: apologies, working longer hours to make more money, going to marketing boot camps, behaving better, hiring a life coach, going to couples counseling, and more. And yes, these attempts did provide temporary relief, yet none of them would eliminate the cause. In fact, I finally realized that these attempts helped at the surface but actually pushed the root of the problem deeper down, which is why my life and relationships kept getting stuck in survival or defeat.
I was forced to find another solution…
