Meet Hussein Bayz of The Bayz Group in Orange County

Today we’d like to introduce you to Hussein Bayz.

Hussein, please share your story with us. How did you get to where you are today?
One of the earliest entrepreneurial moments I had as a young child was cutting the grass for one of my neighbors as he gave me $25. As a 9-year-old, that was a lot of money! Fast forward to the day after high school graduation, my family and I relocated from Michigan to beautiful Southern California. The biggest eye-opener for me was the number of opportunities available. I had many options to choose from, so I first decided to become an independent personal trainer. The clients that I trained on a day-to-day basis would often see pictures on my social media showing meals that I have prepped for myself for the week. You guessed it, I ended up opening a meal prep company called, Daily Mealz!

After 1 year of training my clients and helping others through their diet, I decided to work on getting my Real Estate license. This was the BEST decisions I have ever made in my life! You get to see beautiful homes while helping families find their dream home. If that doesn’t sound like the best job, I don’t know what does! Fast forward 12 months after receiving my Real Estate license, I now lead a real estate group called The Bayz Group. Our team helps families throughout California making their home buying and selling process as efficient and fun as possible.

Great, so let’s dig a little deeper into the story – has it been an easy path overall and if not, what were the challenges you’ve had to overcome?
It has been a very smooth road! If you are passionate about something while helping others, you should not run into as many obstacles as you think.

The Bayz Group helps families find their home in an efficient and fun way! I’m most proud of how simple we make the process of buying a selling a home for our clients. What sets The Bayz Group apart from others is our quick and efficient work environment. In a fast-moving real estate market, you can miss an opportunity if you are minutes late, so we make sure our team stays on top of each other.

Do you look back particularly fondly on any memories from childhood?
The favorite memory from my childhood was playing outdoors right after school time.
