Hi Griselda , thanks for sharing your story with us. To start, maybe you can tell our readers some of your backstory.
My interest in skin started long ago, around my teen years. It eventually led to my passion and a genuine desire to help others achieve happy, healthy skin. Growing up, I personally struggled with troubled, acneic skin and a traumatic first facial experience.
I would hide under makeup and was incredibly self-conscious about it. All of this led me to the beauty industry very young, and I developed a major love and passion for helping others. Retail was my life for over 10 years, but I soon made the decision to go to aesthetics school, graduated, and opened up my own business, Skincarequeen2, in the midst of chaos in February 2020.
I was and am blessed to have thrived through these turbulent times. My business wouldn’t be here today if it weren’t for the loyal, loving clients I’ve had the honor to meet. My journey with skin is only expanding as I continue constant education regarding skin health, TCM Ayurveda, and whole-body wellness. I became a certified holistic health coach to integrate internal as well as external skin health.
Alright, so let’s dig a little deeper into the story – has it been an easy path overall and if not, what were the challenges you’ve had to overcome?
Owning your own business is rarely a walk in the park. I had the uncertainty of COVID in 2020, but I’ve found that excessive worry and stress never benefit my health or business. So now I do what is necessary to grow and let the universe handle the rest. Greatness comes to those who practice patience.

My practice is focused on Whole-istic skin health meaning i work as a whole. A large portion of my work is skin revision what you might call problematic skin ex. Acne, melasma hyperpigmentation, post traumatic scarring, age management. I really love working transformative cases just as much as I love the therapeutic side. Facial Sculpting, buccal massage as well as guasha have a special place in my heart and i do incorporate this and offer it on my menu
Personally what I believe is different from me and other aesthetics buisness is me.
No one can replace me, my passion and attention to detail when it comes to holistic skin. I’m there for my clients 24/7 they trust and our relationships are genuine. The Google reviews i receive are a small insight into how grateful and cherished my clients feel.
Dmk enzyme, Stemzyme Lucente and Guasha zen are my top services as they all provide and have effectively allowed me to help my clients and I reach their dream skin.
Besides skin care services I will soon offer my clients as well as future clients the opportunity to work with a integrative holistic practitioner meaning we can soon dive in to personalized nutrition, mineral deficiencies and at home lab testing.
