Meet Gerson Seise of Laguna Beach

Today we’d like to introduce you to Gerson Seise.

Alright, so thank you so much for sharing your story and insight with our readers. To kick things off, can you tell us a bit about how you got started?
I grew up in Orange County, surrounded by hospitality and events. My family has always worked in environments where people matter and experiences matter, and that shaped how I see the world. I learned early on that how you make people feel sticks longer than anything you say.

Before real estate, I worked in property management, hospitality, and even managed logistics for a community of over 3,000 residents. That taught me organization, patience, and how to solve ten problems before breakfast without crying in a storage closet. Those skills translated directly into real estate, where things move fast and every detail counts.

I got licensed in 2022, but I didn’t truly start building my business until 2024. When I did, I was determined to do things intentionally. I didn’t want to be the stereotypical salesperson pushing deals. I wanted to empower people to make smart decisions, feel confident in the process, and know they had someone steady in their corner.

My business is built on trust, connection, and actually being helpful. No fluff, no pressure. Whether I’m helping a first-time buyer, a lease client, an investor, or a luxury buyer in Laguna Beach, I’m focused on making the process feel clear and manageable.

Today, I’m with Real Brokerage Technologies and building my brand, GERSON SEISE REALTY. My goal isn’t just to close transactions. It’s to become a go-to person for the community, someone people think of when they want real estate advice, local recommendations, or just someone who understands the area deeply.

I’m proud of the progress so far, and I’m growing at a pace that feels grounded, sustainable, and true to who I am.

We all face challenges, but looking back would you describe it as a relatively smooth road?
Not at all a smooth road. Real estate can feel like you’re working every day with nothing to show for it in the beginning, and that tests you. I had moments where I wondered if I was doing enough, or if I was even cut out for this.

I’ve also had to learn how to work in a way that doesn’t burn me out. I don’t do the “grind until you break” thing anymore. I work with intention, not chaos. And because I keep my circle small, I built my business slower, but I built it on real relationships, not surface-level networking.

The challenges forced me to figure out who I actually want to be in this industry: steady, grounded, and genuinely helpful. I’m not here to pressure people. I’m here to guide them. And that approach came directly from the struggles.

Can you tell our readers more about what you do and what you think sets you apart from others?
I’m a REALTOR® based in Laguna Beach with Real Brokerage Technologies. I help people buy, sell, and lease residential real estate in South Orange County and nearby areas. I also help people find apartments, offices, parking spots, short-term rentals, the whole thing. If it has a key, I’ve probably helped someone with it.

What I’m known for is making the process feel clear. A lot of real estate feels overwhelming because there’s jargon, timelines, pressure, and everyone suddenly has “a friend who’s an expert.” I cut through the noise. I explain things in normal language, I guide people step-by-step, and I make sure they understand what we’re doing and why. I want my clients confident, not just compliant.

I work with first-time buyers, luxury clients, and investors, but the approach is the same: calm, strategic, and transparent. I don’t push people into decisions. I help them make smart ones.

What I’m most proud of is that my clients actually trust me. They call me for advice before they make a move, not after they’ve already made a mess of it. That trust didn’t come from marketing tricks — it came from doing right by people, one relationship at a time.

What sets me apart is that I’m not chasing volume or trying to be everywhere. I’m building something with depth. My goal is to become someone the community naturally turns to — not just to close deals, but to be a resource. The person you recommend because you know the experience will be solid.

That’s the work I care about, and that’s what I’m building every day.

Is there a quality that you most attribute to your success?
What drives my success is showing up consistently and earning trust through integrity. I make sure every client understands the process so decisions are made confidently and without stress. I approach every situation with strong ethics, and I focus on community — building real relationships and being someone people can rely on beyond just a transaction.

It’s not just about closing deals; it’s about creating a reputation and a business rooted in trust, care, and lasting connections.
