Meet Faustine Hornok in Los Feliz

Today we’d like to introduce you to Faustine Hornok.

Faustine, let’s start with your story. We’d love to hear how you got started and how the journey has been so far.
I am a hair and makes up artist from Paris with over 10 years of experience in the fashion and celebrity world. Some of my clients include ELLE France, Glamour France, Lanvin, Dior, as well as Paula Abdul and Christian Slater. You can see some of my work on Instagram @fausthornokpro.

Overall, has it been relatively smooth? If not, what were some of the struggles along the way?
I mean, it is not easy to open the doors of the fashion world, it took me time to build my place in this universe, it is time, passion and perseverance. I guess, it is important to stay a student all your life and learn constantly and I don’t want to think that this is it, I think I do have more step to go in this world.

Faustine Hornok – what should we know? What do you guys do best? What sets you apart from the competition?
I’m a French Hair and makeup artist based in LA and I’m successful to glam my client for some red carpet or photoshoot.

I guess, that I have this French fashion touch that Hollywood likes.

I also start my YouTube Channel where I give some fashion advice for hair, makeup and style which I’m pretty excited about it!

What is “success” or “successful” for you?
Success is what you think is good and people can recognize it! It is also being at peace with yourself and being ready to seize your moment. I do think also that success is to be able to do what you want in your life.
