Today we’d like to introduce you to Devon Goodie.

Alright, so thank you so much for sharing your story and insight with our readers. To kick things off, can you tell us a bit about how you got started?
I started my esthetics journey almost 15 years ago at a high-end day spa where I eventually worked my way up to becoming the Head Esthetician. Although that chapter taught me a lot and helped me grow in so many ways, things really changed for me during the pandemic. I reached a point where I was being called to offer more than I was able to. I craved more freedom in my services, more results with the products I use, and most importantly, a deeper connection to the clients I treat.

After some serious soul searching I decided it was time.. I took a huge leap of faith and finally opened my very own studio, Goodie Glow; a space where skincare meets soul care. From the treatments I design, the products I choose, the atmosphere I’ve created, and even the music I’m playing, everything is done with purpose and intention.

Creating a space for Goodie Glow has allowed me to connect with my clients on a much more meaningful level. It’s no longer just about treating skin; it’s about holding space for healing and I truly can’t imagine doing anything else.

Alright, so let’s dig a little deeper into the story – has it been an easy path overall and if not, what were the challenges you’ve had to overcome?
There were definitely a few bumps along the way, but the path to opening Goodie Glow always felt clear; like it was meant for me. Everything aligned in the most exciting way. It was that feeling of “something amazing is coming,” even if I didn’t know exactly what it would look like.

My biggest struggle wasn’t external.. it was getting out of my own head. Letting go of fear, self-doubt, and limiting beliefs was hard for me. Looking back, I’m so grateful to the support system around me that helped me see my worth and reminded me that what I have to offer deserves to be shared on a bigger scale. I wouldn’t be where I am today without the encouragement from my family, friends, and clients that believe in me.

It’s a space I created for people to feel cared for, not just treated. Through healing touch and advanced modalities like micro-current, nano-infusion, and dermaplaning, I ensure my clients leave with more than just glowing skin. They walk out feeling centered, supported, and emotionally lighter.

Brand-wise, I’m mostly proud that I built my business on a reflection of my true values: customized care, long-term skin health, and genuine human connection. I’m truly grateful for the community I’ve been able to create over the past 15 years and so excited for what the future has in store.
