Meet Connor Chase

Today we’d like to introduce you to Connor Chase. Them and their team share their story with us below:

Connor Chase is the CEO, Founder and Head of Design at Zenbase. Connor is a previous founder and UI/UX Designer certified by the Nielsen Norman Group. With his 8-year background in design, Connor has led design efforts for more than 50 rapid-growth companies and ironically, came up with the idea for Zenbase while meditating in early 2021. His strong suit in visual and app design has translated to the creation of award-winning product experiences that have reached thousands of users. As hometown friends in Orlando, FL and sharing an interest in digital currencies and the universal awakening, Connor reached out to Co-founder Jessie Freelander in April 2021 to bring mindfulness to the masses.

Can you talk to us a bit about the challenges and lessons you’ve learned along the way. Looking back would you say it’s been easy or smooth in retrospect?
Nothing good ever comes easy. Starting a nascent company during a rough economic climate that is attempting to disrupt a billion-dollar industry is challenging. But the Zenbase team has the compassion, heart, and skills needed to produce a free service that will help the world find calm and awareness.

Thanks for sharing that. So, maybe next you can tell us a bit more about your work?
I’m Connor, a 24-year-old Product Designer certified in User Experience by the Nielsen Norman Group. My strong suit in visual design has translated to the creation of award-winning product experiences that have reached thousands of users.

Can you talk to us a bit about happiness and what makes you happy?
What makes me happy is allotting time for myself to be creative. Creativity is the expression of one’s soul. By finding time to exercise our creative muscles, we allow ourselves to be seen in new ways for people can receive. Doing creative things and expressing our individuality is our gift to the world.
