Today we’d like to introduce you to Bruno Thelabrodoodle.
Alright, so thank you so much for sharing your story and insight with our readers. To kick things off, can you tell us a bit about how you got started?
Bruno’s story started out like most. Just a puppy with a big personality and a bigger heart. He’s a three-year-old Australian Labradoodle, and I’m convinced he came into the world already obsessed with fetch. From the beginning, he’s had this wild, boundless energy that makes every day a little bit unpredictable and he just has this way of turning even the simplest walk into an adventure.
We never set out to become a “pet influencer.” It really just happened by accident. I started sharing photos and videos of Bruno because he’s genuinely hilarious. He has these zoomies that would make an Olympic sprinter jealous, and he greets every dog and human like they’re a long-lost friend. People started reaching out to ask about him, and then more people, and suddenly we were part of this amazing community of dog lovers.
Most days, we just go wherever the wind takes us. Some days that means finding a new trail to explore, other times it’s just hanging out at the park meeting up with other dog enthusiasts. Bruno’s happiest when he’s got a ball in his mouth and a few friends to chase around. I think that’s what people connect with. He reminds them to find joy in the little things.
If you’d told me three years ago that Bruno would have friends all over the world, I wouldn’t have believed it. But here we are, and it’s honestly been the best, most unexpected ride. He’s taught me so much about living in the moment and finding delight in even the messiest, slobberiest days.
We all face challenges, but looking back would you describe it as a relatively smooth road?
It hasn’t always been smooth, and I think that’s true for anyone who shares their life online. There have definitely been moments where I felt like we were missing out. Like when I’m seeing other dog accounts meeting up for big events, or connecting in person with followers from all over. Sometimes I wonder if we should be out there more, doing all the things. But at the end of the day, Bruno’s happiest when it’s just the two of us on a walk, or curled up together after a long day.
There’s this pressure sometimes to always be ‘on’ or chasing the next big moment, but I’ve learned that it’s okay to just enjoy the quiet times too. Bruno doesn’t care about numbers or likes. He just wants to play fetch and hang out with his favorite person. Remembering that keeps things in perspective for me, even on the days that feel a little lonely or like we’re missing out. It’s really about our bond, and that’s what matters most.
Thanks for sharing that. So, maybe next you can tell us a bit more about your work?
If there’s one thing I hope people notice about us, it’s that we’re genuinely happy to connect with anyone. Whether it’s another dog lover, someone going through a rough patch, or just someone who needs a laugh. Bruno and I both love meeting new friends, and I try to make sure that comes across in everything we do online.
I think what sets us apart is that we’re not just here to rack up followers or post the perfect photo. I really care about the community we’ve found through Bruno’s account. I’m always happy to listen, offer advice, or even just cheer someone on if they’re having a tough day. Sometimes that means answering DMs at midnight, sometimes it’s sharing someone else’s story or giving a shoutout to a new rescue pup.
What I’m most proud of is the friendships we’ve built. Like real ones that go beyond just dog pictures. I love that Bruno’s page has become a little corner of the internet where people feel welcome, understood, and maybe a little less alone. At the end of the day, it’s about being a good friend, both online and off, and making sure everyone knows there’s always a place for them here.
Before we go, is there anything else you can share with us?
Honestly, I just want to say thank you! Especially to everyone who’s followed along, sent a sweet message, or shared a story about their own pup. It means so much more than I can put into words. If you’re new here, I hope you feel like you’ve found a little corner of the internet where you’re always welcome.
I’m still growing, still figuring things out as I go, but my biggest hope is to build a community where everyone feels like they belong. Whether you’re here for Bruno’s silly fetch videos or you just need someone to root for you, I’m so glad you’re here. We’re all just doing our best, right? If you ever need a friend, or just someone to listen, my DMs are always open.
