The Performer’s Academy has a rich history that began with my mom, who founded it with a vision to nurture talent and provide a space for aspiring performers. She poured her heart and soul into creating an environment where creativity could flourish, and her passion inspired countless students over the years.

Two years ago, I took over the reins of the academy. It was a big step, especially stepping into my mom’s legacy, but I felt ready to carry on her vision while infusing it with my own ideas. Over the past couple of years, I’ve worked hard to modernize our curriculum and expand our offerings. This has included introducing new workshops and collaborating with industry professionals to provide students with real-world insights.

Today, I’m proud of how far we’ve come. The Performer’s Academy is not just a place to learn; it’s a thriving community of artists who support and inspire each other. I’m excited to continue this journey and see where it takes us in the future!

I’m sure it wasn’t obstacle-free, but would you say the journey has been fairly smooth so far?
The journey hasn’t always been smooth. I’ve encountered challenges like balancing multiple responsibilities, facing unexpected setbacks, and dealing with moments of self-doubt. There were times when I felt overwhelmed by pressure and uncertainty, but each struggle taught me valuable lessons and helped me grow stronger. Finding support from friends and family has been crucial during tough times, allowing me to persevere and keep moving forward.
