Jaz, we appreciate you taking the time to share your story with us today. Where does your story begin?
I’ve always had an entrepreneurial spirit. After working for various start-ups, I was thinking about my next venture. The thought of doing Real Estate had never crossed my mind. I didn’t have any family or friends in the business. No one had ever suggested that I become a Realtor. The thought of doing Real Estate randomly fell into my lap and I decided to run with it. When you’re wondering what’s gonna happen in your life next, God always makes sure you’re aligned with His plan. Wherever you currently are is exactly where you’re supposed to be.

We all face challenges, but looking back would you describe it as a relatively smooth road?
Pursuing the entrepreneurial journey is never smooth or easy. The struggles are inevitable.. that’s just what naturally takes place when you’re growing and working towards building a sustainable business.

I am a Realtor in Southern California (based in LA). I help people navigate the biggest purchase of their lives. Whether you’re a first-time home buyer or an investor with an extensive portfolio, I can help you achieve your Real Estate goals. What sets me apart from others is that I provide an educational approach. I truly believe if you provide value first and give people all the information they need, you’ll set them up to make the best decision for themselves and you’ll win their trust. Another facet of my business is serving the Punjabi community. Being able to communicate in my native language all while providing reassurance to my clients is how I’ve racked up 5-star reviews and countless referrals.
