Hi Sang, please kick things off for us with an introduction to yourself and your story.
My Journey to Starting S Chiropractic

I opened my chiropractic practice during one of the most uncertain times — the COVID-19 pandemic. Looking back, I still ask myself why I chose that moment.

But deep down, I had faith that this was my calling from God. I trusted that He was leading me in this direction, and I chose to follow the path set before me. I knew I needed to make a change in my life, not just for myself, but to serve others.

That calling gave me the courage to open my practice, even during uncertain times, and to dedicate my work to helping those in pain. It’s not always an easy journey, but I believe I am exactly where I’m meant to be. I had to decide what kind of future I wanted, and I realized something simple but important: even during a pandemic, people still struggle with neck pain, back pain, and injuries. That’s never going to stop.

So, despite all the challenges, I opened my own office. Of course, it was slow in the beginning. But I was fortunate to have friends and family who supported me and helped me get through those early months.

Little by little, I focused on building my reputation. I worked hard to provide good care and made sure my Yelp and Google reviews reflected that. Eventually, patients started to notice — and they started coming in for treatment.

It’s been four years now. The journey hasn’t been easy, but I’m still here. The office doors are open, and I’m proud to help my patients feel better, one adjustment at a time.

Would you say it’s been a smooth road, and if not what are some of the biggest challenges you’ve faced along the way?
It hasn’t been a smooth road. The biggest challenge has been the financial side of running a business, especially at the beginning. On top of that, finding the right people to work with hasn’t been easy. For me, it’s so important to have a team with good energy — people who create a positive, welcoming environment where patients can feel relaxed and truly begin to heal.
