Today we’d like to introduce you to Moises Martinez.

Hi Moises, we’re thrilled to have a chance to learn your story today. So, before we get into specifics, maybe you can briefly walk us through how you got to where you are today?
It all started by learning about the DJ and entertainment industry by working in a well known company D. Razo Entertainment for 4 amazing years. I got the opportunity to learn about customer service from a DJ point of view, the purpose of a professional DJ entertainment company, sales, and working in a team environment. This year 2025, I decided to create my own company with a purpose. PB & JAMS LLC! To keep on learning as I continue my amazing journey, and to set up a working structure that will make a successful business. Before starting my comapny PB & JAMS LLC, I had something clear in my mind. I had to create a strong foundation for my business to have the ability to be productive, stay healthy and in business. I reached out to a mentor and invested in my future, what is now my present. Thanks to my mentor(s), I understood with a clear vision, what a business needs, what I need to do to keep nourishing my own business to stay strong, healthy and wealthy. I got to understand and see in real life what the behind the scenes are, what pain points to stay on-top-off, and really understand statistics and use that data and knowledge to my favor, to keep adding fuel to the fire, in a great way!

I am super excited for a new year and go full throttle in my business for 2026. 2025 was a year of learning, understanding, observing, testing, seeing what works and what doesn’t. I am super thankful and ready to continue this journey. I also love to mentor and share my experience with people who are in my same footsteps or a willing to take that leap of faith for their own business/hobby.

I am truly blessed to have met the correct people in my life, and I am excited to keep on networking with amazing entrepreneurs this coming year, people who speak my language and want to create what’s next to come, TOGETHER! I am a firm believer and understand what the word TEAM means now. I am ready, I am motivated, I am BLESSED, I am THANKFUL. Let’s make it happen NOW!

Alright, so let’s dig a little deeper into the story – has it been an easy path overall and if not, what were the challenges you’ve had to overcome?
It has been my favorite rollercoaster, it has its ups and downs of course, but I am an optimistic individual that I get the opportunity to lear so much from the ups. The downs are for sure the fun part! Understanding that not every week/month will be profitable, not much will come in some months, but that is okay because there is room for a breather, to re-align, reset and get the gears going once again. I have understood that I cannot do everything myself, I need a reliable team or workers who want to work, see and understand my vision.

Alright, so let’s switch gears a bit and talk business. What should we know?
I created PB & JAMS LLC for 3 reasons. To create my own revenue, create income opportunities for others ready to make some extra income, and the main important reason, To create extraordinary experiences for our each and all of our clients. The moments we get to create with our clients at their events are unforgettable moments of endless smiles, laughs, love. Moments they will remember for their rest of their lives. PB & JAMS LLC is an entertainment company providing DJ and Photo booth services in the areas of LA, Orange County, and the amazing Inland Empire. We get the opportunity to travel to San Diego and North California at times, and we create amazing experiences with our clients at those locations as well. I am proud to stay busy throughout the year, keep my team busy, providing learning and income opportunities for all of us. What was your favorite childhood memory?
Building legos, the endless opportunities there is to create, and my favorite, thinking outside the famous manual, creating my own ideas with the pieces I had available. A very creative childhood!
