I’ve been passionate about digital marketing since my college days, where I delved deep into its intricacies. Upon graduating, I immediately embarked on a career in marketing, constantly driven by my creative ideas and a keen eye for trends in fashion and lifestyle. I began sharing my life and creative ventures on social media, which gradually earned me a modest following and influence online.
With my bilingual background, I saw an opportunity to help local small brands penetrate the Chinese market. My initial successes in this area made me realize the growing need for creators to assist brands with their content and digital marketing strategies. This realization planted the seed for my own agency, AQ Marketing, which I finally launched when COVID-19 hit.
Leveraging my extensive experience in influencer resources, digital marketing, and my passion for hosting events to make people united and happy, I decided to create opportunities for influencers to connect and uplift each other, especially after the isolating effects of the pandemic. Hosting events has always been a personal passion of mine, and this enthusiasm naturally extended into my professional life. My first two events, a picnic social and a wellness event with puppies, were born out of a simple yet profound notion: after being cooped up for so long, people needed to rebuild social bonds and support their mental health. These events were well-received, not only by my influencer friends but also by brands and locals, highlighting the impact and importance of such gatherings.
Today, thanks to people recognizing my taste, creativity, and passion, I’ve expanded my services to provide consulting and marketing strategies for luxury brands. By focusing on sales-driven events targeting Asian and American markets, I help brands gain deeper insights into their target audiences and develop potential VIP clients. In addition to my regular marketing agency work for various e-commerce brands, I remain open to new challenges and eager to learn, ensuring that AQ Marketing stays at the forefront of innovative and effective marketing solutions. As an open-minded person always willing to try new things, I am excited about the future and the opportunities it holds. Platforms like TikTok are transforming the shopping experience by blending social media engagement with instant purchasing options. TikTok Shop has emerged as a crucial tool for brands, including those without traditional branding, helping them achieve improved conversion rates through live shopping features. This not only enhances their financial flow but also boosts their market presence.
Live streaming is emerging as a key trend in e-commerce, offering real-time interaction between brands and consumers. This not only boosts engagement but also personalizes the shopping experience, which is highly valued today.
