Today we’d like to introduce you to Anthony Ayala.
Hi Anthony, can you start by introducing yourself? We’d love to learn more about how you got to where you are today?
I had just moved to Northridge.
I was looking for a gym at the time.
On an evening run, I came across an industrial building playing loud music. I heard barbells dropping and loud cheers.
I poked my head in and was approached by a gentleman that worked at the facility. I asked “what is this place” and he said “a CrossFit Gym.” He expressed that I should give a class a try, so I did. The rest is history. I was hooked. Years later I Worked as a coach for the gym, and ended up buying the business eventually.
I’m sure it wasn’t obstacle-free, but would you say the journey has been fairly smooth so far?
Definitely not a smooth road. Making it through the pandemic was very difficult, but one of my biggest accomplishments as a business owner.

I live taking risk. If you aren’t taking risk, You probably aren’t growing. Whether it be adding a few extra pounds to the barbell, or investing in a company that people say won’t succeed, I love a good challenge. I love the unknown. I take life one day at a time. One moment at a time. With this approach I feel that I can accomplish anything.
