Today we’d like to introduce you to Pamela Delgado.

Hi Pamela, thanks for joining us today. We’d love for you to start by introducing yourself.
Back in 2009, I started in the fashion accessories world. I was doing everything from wholesale to trade shows, sourcing, and selling into retailers like Macy’s and QVC. It was exciting, but the fashion grind plus being a new mom just wasn’t sustainable.

That’s when I made my first pivot. I realized how underpaid I had been and transitioned into sales in the life sciences industry to fund my first graphic apparel line. A brand rooted in authenticity and impact. My sister and I did all of the branding and marketing ourselves, and that’s when I really fell in love with building brands.

In 2020, while preparing for a move to Europe, people constantly asked me, “Who does your branding?” The answer was always: me. That’s when I decided to soft launch Delgado Creative Group.

I paused DCG in 2023 after being recruited to work with Fortune 500 companies, which had always been a dream of mine. That experience introduced me to behavior psychology, incentive-based programs, and emotional motivators. Honestly, it changed everything about how I see growth and how people make decisions.

By February 2025, I was ready to relaunch Delgado Creative Group, but this time sharper, clearer, and fully aligned.

Now, I run a global creative agency that helps brands grow through strategy, culture, and impact. For me, visibility is cute, but I’m not just here for likes. I’m here to make sure brands are seen, heard, and paid.

Can you talk to us a bit about the challenges and lessons you’ve learned along the way. Looking back would you say it’s been easy or smooth in retrospect?
Not at all. It’s definitely been a journey. In the past, I always had products to hide behind. Whether it was accessories or apparel, I could push the brand forward without really putting myself out there. Relaunching Delgado Creative Group forced me to step into the spotlight as me; not just as a salesperson, not just as a brand owner, but as the strategist and creative behind it all.

That hasn’t always been easy. It’s vulnerable to put yourself out there with honesty and purpose, especially when you’re no longer pretending to be part of something. But it’s also been freeing. I get to show up authentically, build deeper connections, and attract the right clients because of it.

I’m most proud that DCG was born from real experience. From fashion wholesale to launching my own apparel line, to working with Fortune 500s. Every chapter taught me how growth really works, and today I get to bring that knowledge to brands that want to stand out and dominate in their space.
