Hi Meredith, we’d love for you to start by introducing yourself.
My background is actually in corporate marketing/partnerships and events for fashion brands and it was my dream to climb the corporate ladder to become an executive at one of the leading brands. I was well on my way down that path when I met Tami Pardee, the founder/CEO and broker of Pardee Properties. You can call it kismet, because my life was forever changed when I met Tami and made the decision to take a leap into the real estate industry. Tami saw something in me and I saw something in her and I never looked back and that was the best decision of my life. I truly feel that I have found my niche in life being a real estate agent. When I was working in New York and then LA in corporate offices in a cubicle, I used to say, “man I wish I had a job where I just got to talk to people all day…” And now I do!
Having lived in Northeast Los Angeles, the Valley, and the Westside over the past decade, I offer clients a broad and nuanced understanding of the greater Los Angeles market. I know how different neighborhoods live, feel, and evolve, and I use that insight to help buyers and sellers make thoughtful, well-informed decisions.
Driven, highly responsive, and relentlessly committed to my clients, I quickly established myself as a standout in the industry, selling $30 million and 14 homes in my first year in real estate. I am known for being a strong advocate, highly skilled with pricing and marketing strategies, a sharp negotiator, and someone who will go the extra mile to help my clients achieve the results they want.
At the same time, I bring warmth, honesty, and a calm sense of support to the process. Raised in Michigan, I pair my Midwestern approachability with the confidence and adaptability needed to navigate a fast-moving Los Angeles market. I take pride in helping clients feel heard, cared for, and well guided from beginning to end.
We all face challenges, but looking back would you describe it as a relatively smooth road?
Starting your career in real estate definitely requires a leap of faith and a great support system. I was lucky enough to be with a partner at the time who supported me not only emotionally and mentally, but financially as well. You do need to have a safety net in place because in the beginning while you’re building your business it does take time to lay the ground work and find your flow to start generating income. If you are persistent, driven, consistent, and ask for the business – mixed with a little bit of magic – you have a great chance at being successful in this industry.

Pardee Properties was established in 2005 as a boutique real estate brokerage located in Venice, CA. Our office is located in the heart of Venice of Abbot Kinney Blvd and we are fully integrated not only in the Westside, but all of Los Angeles as a whole. What makes our team stand out against the competition is our tenacity in the market and pushing deals through. We sell over 384 homes a year, so we are essentially selling 1 home per day, which makes us the #1 team on the Westside, and the #26 team in the United States. There’s truly nothing we haven’t seen, which means we are able to navigate through any deal seamlessly, making it easy for our clients. In addition, our marketing spend is over $2.2 million per year, which means when you list with us, your home gets the maximum amount of exposure through our digital, online, and direct mail marketing.
I started at Pardee Properties back in 2015 after years of working in the fashion industry in New York for brands that include ELLE Magazine, Tommy Hilfiger, BCBGMAXAZRIA and Herve Leger. My creative background in marketing, branding, and design paired with having climbed the corporate ladder in a city like New York honestly made moving to LA and transitioning into real estate quite fluid. I am not afraid to do what it takes to succeed and give 110% to everything I do. I’m very competitive, which benefits my clients because I work relentlessly for them so that they win too – whether they’re buying a home and have to beat multiple offers, or I’m representing a seller, and my goal is to get them the most amount of money for their home.
When you work with me, you get all of me. I have two incredible team members, Anna and Laura, who are my support system and were hand picked and trained by me, so they are extension and reflection of my standards and what I deliver to my clients. I truly love what I do.
What was your favorite childhood memory?
I grew up in Michigan which was quite idyllic. While I knew I was born to live in a big city, I had a beautiful childhood playing outdoors with endless amounts of fresh grass and flowers. I have an older brother and this was before computers and cell phones (it was the 90s!) and the days just felt slower and longer. My parents were so loving and I really just enjoyed being at home with my family and playing. and I will always remember the smell of fresh air, both in the summer and winter. My whole childhood is my favorite memory.
