Today we’d like to introduce you to Shiah Luna

Hi Shiah , we’re thrilled to have a chance to learn your story today. So, before we get into specifics, maybe you can briefly walk us through how you got to where you are today?

“I’m an actor, singer-songwriter from Central California with a background in both television and film. Recently in shows like ‘Found’ and ‘Into The Wild Frontier,’ and I’ve also had the privilege of working on films such as ‘The Chimera Effect.’ Right now, I’m actively preparing for an upcoming action/thriller film, which is an incredibly exciting project for me.” I am also writing music and creating new songs.

Alright, so let’s dig a little deeper into the story – has it been an easy path overall and if not, what were the challenges you’ve had to overcome?
The creative journey is rarely linear. It’s a wave, constantly shifting with each project. There are always challenges, but the key is to find joy in the process and stay deeply connected to the love of the art. The outcome is a wonderful bonus, but it’s the work itself – the struggle, the breakthroughs, and the moments of pure flow – that truly nourish me. Finishing a record I’m proud of, seeing a film come together… those are incredible. But it’s about embracing the entire ride, the ups and downs, and pushing through the inevitable obstacles.

Thanks – so what else should our readers know about your work and what you’re currently focused on?
I believe what truly sets an artist apart is their unique perspective and lived experiences. As an actor, I deeply connect with a character by finding common ground and building from there. My personal journey, with all its joys and challenges, inevitably informs my understanding of the role, adding layers of nuance and authenticity. Similarly, when I create music, I strive to embody the world I want to inhabit within that song. It’s like crafting a cinematic scene, where my own emotions and experiences become the guiding light. I believe this unique approach – drawing from my own wellspring of life – is what makes my work distinctive.

Can you talk to us a bit about the role of luck?
I believe the lucky moments are a result of the interplay between passion, preparation, and seizing the right opportunities when they present themselves.
