Today we’d like to introduce you to Elena, Ella, London, Lillee Doll Riot.

Hi Elena, Ella, London, Lillee, thanks for joining us today. We’d love for you to start by introducing yourself.
Our band started with Elena and Ella who met from a mutual guitar teacher. We later found London our bassist on Craig’s List. We found Lillee our drummer at a show where she was playing for another band. We practiced together for the first time and clicked instantly. From there we started booking every show we could. This gave us a lot of experience together because we were playing sometimes three times a week.

Would you say it’s been a smooth road, and if not what are some of the biggest challenges you’ve faced along the way?
It’s been great so far but with some exceptions such as driving hours for a show to get canceled before our performance along with poor communication for scheduling/booking shows.

Can you tell our readers more about what you do and what you think sets you apart from others?
We’re an all girl punk/alternative band. We are known for playing fun energetic shows that bring our community together. We are most proud of our growth as musicians and our synergy together as a band. Our unique style of music sets us apart from other bands because we aren’t confined to one genre.

What does success mean to you?
Success for us means playing good shows and writing music that people enjoy.
