Navigating the unprecedented challenges of the salon shutdowns during the Covid-19 pandemic in 2020 and 2021, Carlyn and Brent showcased resilience as small business owners in the hairstyling industry. Faced with closures and uncertainty, they adapted their business model, finding innovative ways to stay connected with clients.
Despite the hurdles, Carlyn and Brent demonstrated unwavering commitment, leveraging their skills to provide virtual consultations, DIY hair care tips, and even at-home color kits to keep their community feeling cared for. As small business owners, they faced the financial strain of closures but creatively strategized to maintain a connection with their loyal clientele.
