Today we’d like to introduce you to Amber King

Hi Amber, we’d love for you to start by introducing yourself.
Im a model and actress ive appeared in fashion shows, TV shows, music videos and charity galas, opened a new boutique in Houston, Texas called Museekouture.com. boutique is among a plethora of business opportunities putting together to build out my portfolio. i’ve been involved in amazing charity events, such as the Fashion for a Cause Gala and the Fashion for Autism Gala. One of my major goals in life is to open a shelter or wellness farm for animals i do a lot of rescue work with my friend Julia and it just saddens me what the pups are going through i’ve always been a big animal girl growing up i wish i could do more!

“Fashion has always been a passion of mine from a little girl and I’m glad I’ve had the opportunity to be a part of this industry, Im from Canada but have lived all over i like to call myself alittle mutt . I always moved around as a kid due to my parents being flight attendants so keeping friends was hard but love making long lasting friendships . I’ve lived a pretty interesting life from crazy party girl lifestyle and almost getting trafficked to finding myself and really getting to know who i am what i want to become in life and do to make the world alittle better .

There’s so much more you can ask me but bios are a bit hard to write of myself with my dyslexia writting out stories can be challenging

We all face challenges, but looking back would you describe it as a relatively smooth road?
As young teen in miami just getting mixed up in the wrong friends of constant partying . I’ve been in situations where i was almost trafficked but luckily that wasn’t my outcome . i’ve survived an uncomfortable situation with a friends father again wasnt meant for that outcome but im very lucky the end results were different for me

Thanks – so what else should our readers know about your work and what you’re currently focused on?
i do everything entertainment , mostly acting and modeling have been my passions trying to be successful as a woman of color in industries that are dominantly white however i don’t let that stop me . I’m proud of myself as a whole for not giving up on my dreams

Just that life is slow and at times hard but don’t give up cause you can change someone’s life
